Nice workout mate. Given your upper lower split, I'd probably replace the straight arm pulldown with a pulldown variation. Otherwise you only have two compound back exercises for the week.

I am looking after @gar71 training program brother 💪 Gar is limited to certain equipment at times at different facilities & this is why He sometimes needs to substitute for the only exercises available at the time.
I am monitoring Gar's physique week by week & making changes as needed depending upon how His physique is looking.
He trains upper back in the first session of the week & Lats in the second part.
Gar & I are going to offset His naturally wider waist (due to bone structure) & His narrower shoulders as He is naturally tall & straight up & down.
We have a physique design in mind which will focus on making His shoulders look wider & His waist looking narrower.
Of course our main aim together is to pack on as muscle as possible onto His frame but also to accentuate different parts of His body & in Gar's case it's shoulders, particularly side delts, arms & Forearms, upper pecs & upper back, Calves & also deep abs that pop out from the front (not the obliques)
His training will change & evolve week by week depending on how He is looking 💯

Food- coffee, protein yogurts, chicken,rice and veg , more protein yogurt +fruit, grenade protein bar, lean mince high protein bolognaise, no photos but it’s the same food I eat everyday 🤣🤣
Health markers have been staying in a good range, which I’m happy with, I’ll be getting bloods soon to see where I’m at 👊

Sounds like a perfect day with the morning walk, lunchtime weights and bike after work.

Is that an abbreviated workout? Only 3 leg exercises and two are leg extensions.
