Hematocrit and hemoglobin crept up from 2 years of trt.

Donated 8 weeks ago. Going back this week to donate again to see my levels.

Training is fine but I'm going to start a new progressive overload method. I think that's where my. Physique is lacking. I don't overload. So it's stagnate.

Happy to have you back logging @Enhancedguy. Good log you had going I'd love to follow along as you update.

Posting bloods is actually moreso to help others following your log as we learn from others sharing their bloods based on known cycles, etc. If you're happy with them then it can help others see what bloodwork is a good bloodwork result.

You have a great physique and abs are really popping I'd love to see what training you do to build that bro.
 
Figured I'd update this log it's been so long.

So I totally Changed my approach. To a non bodybuilding style diet. Just a sustainable diet eating whatver I want and tracking my calories. Eating twice a day with 2 small Snacks.

I've dropped 25 lbs without cardio.
Still on 200mg test.

Just started masteron yesterday and anavar. Trying to get a little more leaner for summer.

Before attached as well.
Non bodybuilding diet and eating whatever you want. Does that mean eating 'junk' as long as your cals work out?

Looking good in the photos though. Looks like some big progress.

Thanks, I don't train my abs until just recently. Only doing the machine crunch. Few sets of 20 when I feel like it.

And I'll post up my bloods when I get a chance.

Ya i do eat a bit of junk as long as I hit my macros of 2100 and 140g of protein.

My daily diet to get this lean is exactly this.

2 rice Krispy squares on way to gym with monster.

After workout. Greek yogurt, strawberries, granola honey. 2 scoop whey shake with water and a full banana.

I go to the office work.

Then at home I eat 10 oz of either new York strip or filet mignon with 300 to 350g of russet potatoes sliced up like Chips and put In the air Fryer with oil and salt.

Then when my stomach allows for it before bed I eat a whole pint of halotop ice cream. Preferably caramel brownie.

This is it no magic. And I've been getting into the best shape of my life.
 
A little update. Starting to tighten up a bit visually albeit the scale isn't moving to much.

Total Testosterone ≈ 1067 ng/dL
Estradiol ≈ 96.56 pg/mL (I was on hcg here. I since have got off. I also function and feel better with higher estrogen. I've done a lot of experimenting. Ai, etc.

SHBG ≈ 6 nmol/L
Hemoglobin ≈ 17.9 g/dL
Hematocrit ≈ 0.52
HDL ≈ 0.84 mmol/L
Triglycerides ≈ 163 mg/dL

I've donated since to bring down my numbers, (first time ever, felt great after)

Will be donating more frequently and monitoring.
