Those egg and banana pancakes look awesome.Quick update: sciatica is 90%+ resolved. I’ve mostly been taking it easy, but I’ve waterskied a few times. Planning on lifting in the morning but no lower body stuff or anything loading my spine.
I wasn’t really tracking but my diet was basically low carb/high fat which just heats seems to work for me as far as pain and inflammation goes. I didn’t go fully carnivore or zero carbs, I don’t think that was necessary. Probably around 100 carbs a day, but a couple days it was lower.
Here’s some food pics:
The pancakes are banana egg pancakes and the ribs are beef ribs in a pressure cooker. They were outstanding
I think it’s mostly my brain. I used to think it was sleep. Now I suspect that was correlationWhat gets your BP going like that?
Yeah sure generic HGH I had, it was strong but it blew me up like a tick and Bucky made my hands worthless. Literally couldn’t beat off or send a text. Hated it. Sky high blood pressure. As high as 190.didn't you say you had bad reactions to GH in the past?
Season is just trying started really. No shows yet. My lowest part of the yard is still too soggy to mow. I saved my dock but the lift is still on shore.Looks like ski season is in full swing. Is the waterfront all good to go.

Felt zero lingering sciatica today. Remarkable really. Once it started to improve, drastically better every day.
I credit forcing myself to go to work, and of course, the peptides and gh and test.
I’m at home tonight so hopefully I’ll get a workout in in the morning, but if I’m still very tired in the morning I will stick to just the very basics. If I do any legs or spine loading it will be light.

It definitely can be, but it only gets you bigger and stronger while you’re young. Too repetitive. It can really break you down.Mate your line of work is like training all day anyway lol.. hard men for hard jobs![]()
Yea they say we manifest sides by thinking about them. That's why when I do my research on compounds I always skim the sides and focus on the benefits lol.I think it’s mostly my brain. I used to think it was sleep. Now I suspect that was correlation

That’s why I was always using the fancy stuff. But I figured if nobody is having problems I’ll give it a go. So far so good. I suuuuuure do want to take naps. But my hands are fine. Skin looking much better, but I’m using klow too.

I can’t wait!
Yeah I got three this week, which saved me because the project I was working on is hung up.phone's been ringing off the hook on off hours the past couple days
Yeah, I got that when I still had health insurance. It was all I could get. It works for sure. I’m not planning on using standard American health insurance ever again, honestly. So whatever I can get from the vendors is the easiest thing for nowrecommended lisinopril for the BP.
Yea your health insurance system down there is a real bummer. It's the same up here for small business owners. I just roll with the government insurance and pay outta pocket when I have to as well. The prices I got quoted are no where near as bad as what you got quoted but the coverage was garbage.Yeah I got three this week, which saved me because the project I was working on is hung up.

There’s some alternatives to health insurance for business owners and religious people. I haven’t looked deep into it but it’s on my list of things to do, just in case I get hit with something terribleYea your health insurance system down there is a real bummer. Really you're a lot better off just doing like you and becoming super educated and taking things into your own hands.
I found lisinopril thru a Dutch pharmacy but those guys shipped from India so mine got picked at the border. Probably woulda had a better chance if it wasn't coming from a source country
There's definitely a list. My favourite thing is when I'm going through customs and the agent is so nice and friendly until they scan my passport. The line of questioning changes real quick after that lolThere’s some alternatives to health insurance for business owners and religious people. I’ve had a few things get nabbed by customs. Idk if they put you in a list after that but if they do I’m definitely on it now hahahaha
I get pulled out of the line every single time hahaha. I don’t even bring anything when I fly anymore. Last time it was sandals, board shorts, tank top, and a backpack with the bare necessities. They still searched me and I was almost naked lolThere's definitely a list. My favourite thing is when I'm going through customs and the agent is so nice and friendly until they scan my passport. Gotta be the voice bro. They scan the passport and hear you talk with that deep raspy voice and they're like this guy is definitely up to somethn lolI get pulled out of the line every single time hahaha.
