Solid update brother!

MOTSC is prone to stinging and also leaving welts.

Some people its chill with and some it can be bad lol.

I moved all my shots to the glutes and also using 12.7mm needles helps reduce pain & bruising with peptides like MOTSC and GHKCU.

I do all mine glutes. Bruise up everywhere stomach. I do on the ass too, but only the mrs sees that 😂

It doesn't bother me enough to change it. I found I stopped reacting to ghkcu after a while, I wonder if mots is the same

Thanks mate. Taking overseas for a bit certainly feels like it made me less rigid. Which I don't think is a bad thing. Excited for the new split too, opens up quite a few exercises I haven't done at all.
 
Woke up today after a whopping 5 hours sleep, at 86.1kg. Good result, hoping I crack in the 85s again this week. Might feel better about myself for some arbitrary reason then.

Reckon I've had a grand total of 20ish hours sleep the last 4 days, I.am.cooked. Been awake about 20 hours writing this, still on shift.

Had to deploy modafs for the last 3 shifts, cause the first or second, I can't remember, was borderline dangerous. Hoping I'm not completely cooked for my days off. They ruined me a bit last time, but to be fair I was experimenting, and taking them during the day when I 100% didn't need them.

Anyways. After my absolute ripper of a sleep, got the gym for pull.

Another new workout, cpl of exercises I haven't done in ages, so working out weights a bit, was good.

Seated cable row 1 arm 39x15, 45x10

Lat pullown 88x11, 79x14

T bar row 65x6, 50x11

Iso lat row 1 arm 55x15

Rear delt machine 96x9, 82x12

Single arm cable curls 13.5x17, 13

DB preachers 12.5x11, 10x13

Good pump, took only about 45 mins. Definitely going to be a more manageable split for me moving forward. With upper/Lower plus cardio, I'm generally in gym an hour plus however long I do cardio for.

Stairs 20 mins, only 7000ish steps. 10 hours between shifts

Calories on point all week, got some potassium and magnesium delivered earlier in the week, first time making up my own electrolytes, it's so much cheaper. Had my ratios sorted by the end of week again, 6500 pot, 6000 sodium. Will bump them up a bit again.

Looking forward to days off! Should get a bit more done.

Gonna still go to jits Tuesday, have decided I can still run drills, won't affect anything. Just no rolls or positional work.

This way I'm slightly less likely to go insane.

Legs today. After I'm sure another terrible sleep. There's been some improvements in the groin. But still waiting to get it scanned Monday.

Purewellness for potassium citrate and magnesium glycinate powder. I just use iodised salt for sodium.

Haha. Hardly calling it a comeback. Been training injured for 8ish weeks now. Just too mentally frustrating not to go in.

Went in and did my 20 mins cardio and modified leg workout. Got 13k steps in, calories on point.

Monday rest day. 87.4kg.
Did 40 mins on the stairs, 13k steps. Lower cal day.

Cannot account for the weight bump, maybe it's just from night shifts. See how it settles through the week.

Fluid dynamics is complex brother. Wouldn’t stress.

Lack of sleep and work stresses in the body can lead to water retention.

Had an ultrasound on Monday, waiting on results.

Tuesday 12th Push

Weight : 87.7

Feel like I've finally recovered from the night shifts. 8.5 hours sleep, up at 0415 for push at 0500.

Incline chest press 90x8, 80x7

Chest fly 82x7, 68x11

Seated tricep press 110x10, 100x11

Shoulder press (plates) 60x13, 50x11

Lat raise DB 12.5x25, 12.5x16

Lat raise cable 8.75x10, 6.25x10

Single arm tri push down 32x12, 32x9

Weight jumped up a bit on chest press and shoulder press. Not hitting pbs on other movements, just adjusting the extra volume going from upper to push.

30 mins on the stairs, 13k steps.

Trained jits a few hours later. Could feel groin getting agitated during drills. Decided to roll with a few rules in place. It's clearly not something I can train around, and expect it heal. Pulled up the next day a bit rough, but didn't reinjure it. Without a doubt without the rules in place, I would have reinjured though. Noted moving forward

Cals 3085, 285p, 362c, 45f. Kept them a bit under goal. Sick of these scales being up.

Wednesday 13th Pull

Locked up my lower back a bit on the first set of seated rows. Need to warm up a bit more coming into this workout.

Also felt hellishly weak on the first set of single arm lat pullowns. Didn't do a feeder set, adjust next session.

Similar issue with the push session, adjusting pbs with extra volume. Also changing bilateral/unilateral movements weekly between horizontal/vertical rows, so will be a few weeks till I settle into this workout numbers wise. Feels great though, awesome pump

Feel like I've finally recovered from the night shifts. 8.5 hours sleep, up at 0415 for push at 0500.

Incline chest press 90x8, 80x7

Chest fly 82x7, 68x11

Weight jumped up a bit on chest press and shoulder press. Not hitting pbs on other movements, just adjusting the extra volume going from upper to push.

Trained jits a few hours later. Could feel groin getting agitated during drills. Decided to roll with a few rules in place. It's clearly not something I can train around, and expect it heal. Pulled up the next day a bit rough, but didn't reinjure it. Without a doubt without the rules in place, I would have reinjured though. Noted moving forward

Cals 3085, 285p, 362c, 45f. Kept them a bit under goal. Sick of these scales being up.

Weight 85.5

Cracker of a day today. Weighed in a bit lower, felt good about that. Probably doesn't hurt I went ham on the grooming yesterday.

Did absolutely nothing at work other than life admin, job was cancelled. Knocked off work a few hours early, got legs and cardio sorted. Bit of extra time with the fam and to prepare for tmrw.

Very similar to the last lower session, a bit more volume, cpl of machines were facked so adapted. Not listing weights, every machine was different to my usual. I track it, but its pointless here.

Did some standing hammy curls, they didn't pull on my groin in any way, so I'm gonna keep them in for extra volume while I'm recovering.

Smashed quads with exts, then hit hammys again on seated curls. Finished with some bodyweight sissy squats, and standing calves. Did a logbook reset in calves and spent 3 seconds in the stretch each rep.

MOTSC and SS31 combo is a sneaky fat burner in disguise. The extra energy they bring is unreal but they are burning fat to create all that extra pep in your step!

Its good your cals are dialed in perfectly. If you go too hard in a deficit MOTS-C can really have you feeling burnt out by the afternoon!

My steps are all inclusive. Time issue. Work days I just aim to get 9k, inclusive of cardio. Days off I generally get 9k±, plus cardio.


You can definitely get in a good workout without this or that exercise. Just keep the grind going and stay consistent. @Jro

Coach happy with how everythings tracking. No changes this week. He thought the same thing I did, that I leaned up a fair bit all of a sudden 😂. Shaving must have helped.

Discussed my desire to get a bit leaner this phase (purely cause I wanna see some leg veins, absolutely no other reason. Also cause I'm not training jits as heavily with the injury, so I have the ability to). He said we can do whatever I want, but he thinks I'm a body type that if we restrict cals too much, I'll end up flat, and potentially sacrifice some muscle. Which tracks with how I looked/felt in November 2025.

So just going to stick to the plan. I'm just as happy to increase cals again when the time comes. I do miss the extra fruit and honey.

Next push he thinks we'll take it to 90kg/low 90s. See where we're at.

Talked a few other things, new split, stims, sleep etc. Nothing that hasn't been noted here already.

Bloods getting done on 25th. BB1 plus hba1c and Lcms e2.

Otherwise, not much else happened today. Up at 0200. Decent day at work.

Not a lot of steps done, finished work and got 30 mins cardio on the steps done.

Ended just short of 9k steps.

On Jan 15th got bloods on 150mg, e2 and prolactin was high, and I was relatively the same leanness. Just seems I aromatise a bit

We've been managing it symptom wise. But this will give us some guide as to what's happening now, and how we'll manage the next push. Was running EQ as well (50mg to 280mg test, then for my holiday 500 test u, with 150 EQ), so normal e2 reading will be a bit wonky.

Weight 87.35

Think I've accepted my weight fluctuates more on a cut, than a growth phase now.

Sleep 7 hours

Woke up at 0100, an hour before my alarm. Stoked, time to get push in before a 12 hour shift rather than after.

Driving to the gym, my alarm set 25 mins before I have to get to work went off. Obviously math at 0100 isn't my strong suit.

Considered just doing cardio, but I'd already eaten, pre, hydrated, L carn. I'll be late for work.

I did set a pace though, some numbers suffered for it, but was an awesome workout regardless.

Incline chest press machine 90x9, 80x7

Chest fly machine 82x7, 68x9

Seated tricep press 110x9, 100x9

Shoulder press plates 65x10pb, 50x10

DB lat raise 15x18, 12.5x21

Lat raise cable 8.75x13, 8.75x12

Tri rope push down 25x17pb, 32x10, 32x8

Lat raise machine plates 25x14pb

Completed in 36 mins, then 10 mins on the stairs, cause I'm already late, so why not.

45 mins late to work. Nobody noticed.

Did all of my 12 hours (minus that 45 mins).

Stopped back in on the way home, another 25 mins stairs.

15k steps for the day.

Cals on point 300p, 377c, 42f.

Cause I adjusted on the fly in the morning, there was a meal swap. Meant I got 40g of PB with my pistachio white chocolate coconut milk, banana, and cookies and cream r1 creami as last meal. Win.

All round, winner of a day.

On reflection this morning, this was another good outcome from my recent holiday. Has made me must less rigid, and adaptable with all this. So real happy with that.

Thursday 14th, modified lower

Weight 85.5

Cracker of a day today. Weighed in a bit lower, felt good about that. Probably doesn't hurt I went ham on the grooming yesterday.

Did absolutely nothing at work other than life admin, job was cancelled. Knocked off work a few hours early, got legs and cardio sorted. Bit of extra time with the fam and to prepare for tmrw.

Very similar to the last lower session, a bit more volume, cpl of machines were facked so adapted. Not listing weights, every machine was different to my usual. I track it, but its pointless here.

Did some standing hammy curls, they didn't pull on my groin in any way, so I'm gonna keep them in for extra volume while I'm recovering.

Smashed quads with exts, then hit hammys again on seated curls. Finished with some bodyweight sissy squats, and standing calves. Did a logbook reset in calves and spent 3 seconds in the stretch each rep.

35 mins on the stairs, 10k steps

Cals bang on today, 298p, 368c, 51f.

Not sure whether I'm just feeling myself from a light day on the scales and my manscaping, but since recovering from night shifts, definitely pepped up a bit.

Could be them Mito peps that @War Born Peptides has hooked me up with. Been a cpl weeks now.

Tuesday 19th May Rest

Weight 86.35

Few days gone by, got in another pull and legs workout. 30+ mins Cardio done both days, over 10k steps both days. Cals all on point.

Cpl of notes from those days. Pull, lat pulldowns being removed from program for the time being. Stabilising under the pad, just pulls on groin. Doesn't seem to be an issue with single arm, so ill either do that both sessions, or see how the plate loaded high pull goes.

Legs, included sissy squats on the leg press. Worked well, no groin involvement. Will keep that in.

Rest today, 30 mins on the stairs, 17k steps.

Results came back from ultrasound, nothing to see there. Waiting on sports doc appointment on 25th. Likely mri from there.

Did jits yesterday, better result than last week. Have just removed a bunch of positions I can go to, and was better at realising before I used too much adduction, rather than after.

Worked well, was able to roll with not real other limitations, opened my game up a bit more. So happy with that.

Have finished up with my cycle of ss31 supplied by sponsor @War Born Peptides, now just running the motsc on training days at 2.5mg, and ghkcu daily at 3.3mg.

I am starting to notice my energy is more level through the day. Still cooked by the end, but that's pretty standard!

Have reduced bpc/tb in KLOW down to 500/500 for the time being too.

Bloods came back today. Everything looks good, high e2 as pretty well expected. Waiting on Lcms. Seem to tolerate it fine. No libido or mental issues, no other sides.

Test looks the goods on 250mg of @shadow labs test e. Thanks mate!

Coach's plan from here is to do a pretty aggressive mini cut, 4-6 weeks. Then get back into growing.

Should start that up next checkin when I get updated cals.

Also plan on introducing lantus next growth phase, to get my hba1c a bit lower.

Have also seen sports doctor. Looks like it's osteitis pubis causing me grief again. Waiting on an MRI to find out the extent of it, and plan moving forward.

In the mean time, I'll just continue doing my modified leg workouts, and continue with restrictions at jits.

Yep. Ratios at 20:1 and no issues, up from 16:1. Always in mind, will have to bring something in as test goes up, but otherwise no issues currently.

Nope, just feet super low on the leg press. Best way I can explain it. Doesn't aggravate injury.

Your T:E2 ratio ain't bad so more importantly are you having any high E2 symptoms atm, if not don't worry, I would tho have nova on hand if needed (sensitive nipples)

ALT/AST (Liver) I would flag this as needed to act, its quite elevated. I don't see any TDUCA, NAC etc in your list of supplements.

You can alternatively upload your results to this site https://www.evolutionary.org.org/ and it will give you suggestions on how to manage the markers that are out of range.

Yeah i have everything on hand should anything change, but never had any symptoms.

ALT was like a cpl numbers up on last time, AST was down. But I will look into it. I really need to do a blood test not trained, even my ones from the past were the same, they always are in the red for me post training.

Just never fits into schedule.

Yep. Ratios at 20:1 and no issues, up from 16:1. Always in mind, will have to bring something in as test goes up, but otherwise no issues currently.

Nope, just feet super low on the leg press. Best way I can explain it. Doesn't aggravate injury.

Rest day

Weight 84.9

Not much on today, between night shifts. 4.5 hours sleep. Happy with the new weight low.

Got up, did my 30 mins on the stairs. Barely got my 9k steps in. Back to work.

Hoping for a decent sleep for push tmrw. 🙏

26/05 Modified legs

Weight 86.35

Bloods came back today. Everything looks good, high e2 as pretty well expected. Waiting on Lcms. Seem to tolerate it fine. No libido or mental issues, no other sides.

Test looks the goods on 250mg of @shadow labs test e. Thanks mate!

Coach's plan from here is to do a pretty aggressive mini cut, 4-6 weeks. Then get back into growing.

Should start that up next checkin when I get updated cals.

Also plan on introducing lantus next growth phase, to get my hba1c a bit lower.

Have also seen sports doctor. Looks like it's osteitis pubis causing me grief again. Waiting on an MRI to find out the extent of it, and plan moving forward.

Did a mad leg session with a mate after a night shift, on no sleep. Didn't track, just went for it.

Pbs on standing ham curls (35x18) and low leg press (100x23), at least. Lots of volume. Mad pump. No groin issue.

Stayed up to get my meals in and so I'd actually sleep through the night, otherwise would have been well under on cals.
