I have read and read and read so many logs. Listen to the podcast everyday on my drive home from work. Do independent research. Will admit, I know nothing compared to you guys and that’s why I’m here. For guidance.
I used Peds when I was way younger. I have began training again for 6 months now. Diet is steady, not locked in but definitely steady which means I cook all my meals and eat them but here and there I’ll eat out with my family.
Training is 3 days because that’s the fine balance between work, family and kids and their sports. I do have a gym at work I’ve been thinking of joining for small micro sessions.
I want to start with 300 test and leave it at that for 10weeks. Then cycle off.
I have Aromasin on hand just in case.
