Approved Log 15 week cutting cycle Log

Yeah my abs are not the best they're purely from cardio in that pic. They're better in the present, but I gotta man up and do abs at some point...some point.

I'm decided I'm gonna run

400mg of trenbolone E (never ran trenbolone on a cut or doing heavy cardio like running and cycling, so we'll see if that stays)
400mg testosterone C
400mg of masteron E
50mg of winstrol
50mg of anadrol
50mg of proviron
25mg of mk677
20mg of cardarine

@doomslayer28 cardio works and you're lean its clear but now lets stack diet and cardio :)

this is a good cycle but we need to see mods to it, never start trenbolone so high, start with 100mgs trenbolone/week to see how you feel so you dont get nasty sides like aggression and organ damage
for masteron, start with 200mgs per week so you dont dry out too much

50mgs winstrol and 50mgs anadrol, every day together? better split it into 4 weeks week 1-4 with anadrol, and followed by 6-8 weeks with winstrol, split the orals, dont stack orals, ALT AST will shoot up and liver issues, and wont even give you more benefit stacking them either
 
I don’t see the point of adding Winstrol on the cycle since your running anadrol.

I'll do as you say bro for the trenbolone and masteron bro, just for you, I'll ease into it this time for this log, though i love when a good blast just hits you on week 1, and no weight leaves untouched. I don't have many side effects with trenbolone except I get night sweats even at 200mg per week but that's it, no prolactin gyno, the only thing i notice is the extra gear it gives me in the gym and thats its a super fucking strong steroid. I'm 30 now so, tbh, I've gotten all my roid rage out of my system, im very calm, very happy, very in control of my emotions, I don't get mad at much anymore, when before... well I'm sure you can guess the story before I tell it. I know the rule is you shouldn't stack them.. but the power of winstrol and anadrol, the power is there... I've trained off it, and I've trained on it, and without it it's a quite noticeable different in "power" and being able to throw weight around, in a 4 hour workout, i notice the difference right when the pain starts for my 1 hour calves, im able to do "legs" everyday because i dont think it would be possible everyday for 15 weeks without the anadrol/winstrol, along with everything else i run. It physically it gives me an edge which mentally gives me edge to finish a grueling workout. It gives me this extra drive on legs at the end of my 4 hour workout, it's a beautiful combination, I know its risky, but that's why I take high dosed NAC, milk thistle, and tudca at 1000mg. And every other support herb I can, and eat a very high potassium, fiber, vitamin, nutrient rich diet to keep my liver as healthy as it can be for me to be doing what I'm doing. If you're not willing to to dare, you'll never know how far you can go. I went 15 weeks without noticing a single side effect, and I've "felt" the side effects of liver strain before, when I was first trying anadrol and winstrol I ran it without tudca and milk thistle and nac, i cant remember how long i did exactly, but it certainly wasnt 15 weeks, and I felt, a toxic feeling in the morning, like I didn't want to eat or anything so I stopped and never ran them together without support again.. but since then, and running 3 support supplements and adhering to the diet I'm on and have shared, I never felt that toxic feeling again, no fatigue, no jaundice etc, I know that doesn't rule out liver damage, but I definitely feel just fine. I believe everything I do in my diet + the support supplements makes a huge difference, what we eat determines our blood work.. Long story short I fucking love anadrol and winstrol, they both generate alot of red blood cell counts, and along with the trenbolone and equipoise I was taking which also do the same, I could feel the strength and performance from all of them combined like alot. So it might be hard for me to... abstain from not using anadrol and winstrol together, it's the icing on the cake, the bones to the skeleton... I wouldn't catch myself running these little 15 Weekers of mine with out it.

Have you ever tried running them together, I mean, the difference in my workouts is night and day, but really, you'd have to dare to try them both for you to know. How I see it, running both gives me more red blood cell count, and more epo overall.

Unfortunately this log is gonna be alittle delayed in terms of when I'm going be able to start my new cycle and it's addition of masteron. Since I decided to play it safe and go with PSL to get my gear instead of the Chinese lab I normally get it from, the price of the cycle went from 300$ to 700$, .. so I should have the money to order this next cycle, the one I'm actually doing the log on, in about a months time. For now I'll keep posting my diet and workout stats and progress pictures with the gear I have left over from my previous bulking cycle. I really want to do this log, and I'm sorry if it seems like a dead log right now, but I plan to be throughly involved once my next cycle from PSL arrives.

lunch can you do something besides wheat bread? like brown rice or yams or hard with your schedule?

I would up the fiber intake a bit though, add some psyllium husk.

Lets talk your cycle, what is your cutting cycle plan? I think PSL has discounts and you can get a good cycle fairly easy. Lets discuss your cycle again, looking at you now IMO you can do testosterone+primobolan easy.

The reason I have that cereal instead of oatmeal is because that "great grains" banana nut crunch contains about 6 to 7 vitamins, 90% of my DV of iron, 40% vit A, 30% thiamin, 30% riboflavin, 30% niacin, 30% b6, 50% folate, 50% b12, magnesium phosphorus, and zinc.

So the reason I have a peanut butter sandwich is mainly because of its easy digestability, when I do my regular routine of 4 hours I don't train straight through 4 hours with no break, I hit upper body for 2 hours, refuel with a 50gram protein shake, a peanut butter sandwich, 1 orange, a cup of that cereal I had earlier, and a hydration drink rtd. That way, I can eat something that's going to digest fast in 30 minutes before before I go hit legs for 2 hours.If I ate regular whole foods I'd have to wait longer for it to digest. So that's why I am having these types of carbs in my diet.

I did 185lbs x 4 for clean and press, 165lbs x 6 for barbell press, 35lb dumbell side laterals x 6, and I think 155lbs hangclean for x 8

cardarine for sure good addition
and proviron can be 25mgs

with this stack above you'll do just fine

yes cereal is fortified by vitamins and minerals, but that means nothing. the other garbage in it robs your body of nutrition too

Right at the bottom where it says dinner, I listed 500grams of Cherry tomato, broccoli, bell pepper and Cucumber. My nutritions good man.. I make sure of it

I know I could run it that way and get away with it, but that's pretty much the dosages I used for my last cycle, I want to "fully" dose myself this time, like 3cc twice a week, if I trained this hard last cycle on half of that, I want to see how hard and far I can go with the full doseage, of injectables.
