Approved Log 15 week cutting cycle Log

Yeah my abs are not the best they're purely from cardio in that pic. They're better in the present, but I gotta man up and do abs at some point...some point.

I'm decided I'm gonna run

400mg of trenbolone E (never ran trenbolone on a cut or doing heavy cardio like running and cycling, so we'll see if that stays)
400mg testosterone C
400mg of masteron E
50mg of winstrol
50mg of anadrol
50mg of proviron
25mg of mk677
20mg of cardarine

this is a good cycle but we need to see mods to it, never start trenbolone so high, start with 100mgs trenbolone/week to see how you feel so you dont get nasty sides like aggression and organ damage
for masteron, start with 200mgs per week so you dont dry out too much

50mgs winstrol and 50mgs anadrol, every day together? better split it into 4 weeks week 1-4 with anadrol, and followed by 6-8 weeks with winstrol, split the orals, dont stack orals, ALT AST will shoot up and liver issues, and wont even give you more benefit stacking them either

I'll do as you say bro for the trenbolone and masteron bro, just for you, I'll ease into it this time for this log, though i love when a good blast just hits you on week 1, and no weight leaves untouched. I don't have many side effects with trenbolone except I get night sweats even at 200mg per week but that's it, no prolactin gyno, the only thing i notice is the extra gear it gives me in the gym and thats its a super fucking strong steroid. I'm 30 now so, tbh, I've gotten all my roid rage out of my system, im very calm, very happy, very in control of my emotions, I don't get mad at much anymore, when before... well I'm sure you can guess the story before I tell it. I know the rule is you shouldn't stack them.. but the power of winstrol and anadrol, the power is there... I've trained off it, and I've trained on it, and without it it's a quite noticeable different in "power" and being able to throw weight around, in a 4 hour workout, i notice the difference right when the pain starts for my 1 hour calves, im able to do "legs" everyday because i dont think it would be possible everyday for 15 weeks without the anadrol/winstrol, along with everything else i run. It physically it gives me an edge which mentally gives me edge to finish a grueling workout. It gives me this extra drive on legs at the end of my 4 hour workout, it's a beautiful combination, I know its risky, but that's why I take high dosed NAC, milk thistle, and tudca at 1000mg. And every other support herb I can, and eat a very high potassium, fiber, vitamin, nutrient rich diet to keep my liver as healthy as it can be for me to be doing what I'm doing. If you're not willing to to dare, you'll never know how far you can go. I went 15 weeks without noticing a single side effect, and I've "felt" the side effects of liver strain before, when I was first trying anadrol and winstrol I ran it without tudca and milk thistle and nac, i cant remember how long i did exactly, but it certainly wasnt 15 weeks, and I felt, a toxic feeling in the morning, like I didn't want to eat or anything so I stopped and never ran them together without support again.. but since then, and running 3 support supplements and adhering to the diet I'm on and have shared, I never felt that toxic feeling again, no fatigue, no jaundice etc, I know that doesn't rule out liver damage, but I definitely feel just fine. I believe everything I do in my diet + the support supplements makes a huge difference, what we eat determines our blood work.. Long story short I fucking love anadrol and winstrol, they both generate alot of red blood cell counts, and along with the trenbolone and equipoise I was taking which also do the same, I could feel the strength and performance from all of them combined like alot. So it might be hard for me to... abstain from not using anadrol and winstrol together, it's the icing on the cake, the bones to the skeleton... I wouldn't catch myself running these little 15 Weekers of mine with out it.
 
I don’t see the point of adding Winstrol on the cycle since your running anadrol.
Have you ever tried running them together, I mean, the difference in my workouts is night and day, but really, you'd have to dare to try them both for you to know. How I see it, running both gives me more red blood cell count, and more epo overall.

Unfortunately this log is gonna be alittle delayed in terms of when I'm going be able to start my new cycle and it's addition of masteron. Since I decided to play it safe and go with PSL to get my gear instead of the Chinese lab I normally get it from, the price of the cycle went from 300$ to 700$, .. so I should have the money to order this next cycle, the one I'm actually doing the log on, in about a months time. For now I'll keep posting my diet and workout stats and progress pictures with the gear I have left over from my previous bulking cycle. I really want to do this log, and I'm sorry if it seems like a dead log right now, but I plan to be throughly involved once my next cycle from PSL arrives.

Lets talk your cycle, what is your cutting cycle plan? I think PSL has discounts and you can get a good cycle fairly easy. Lets discuss your cycle again, looking at you now IMO you can do testosterone+primobolan easy.

The reason I have that cereal instead of oatmeal is because that "great grains" banana nut crunch contains about 6 to 7 vitamins, 90% of my DV of iron, 40% vit A, 30% thiamin, 30% riboflavin, 30% niacin, 30% b6, 50% folate, 50% b12, magnesium phosphorus, and zinc.

So the reason I have a peanut butter sandwich is mainly because of its easy digestability, when I do my regular routine of 4 hours I don't train straight through 4 hours with no break, I hit upper body for 2 hours, refuel with a 50gram protein shake, a peanut butter sandwich, 1 orange, a cup of that cereal I had earlier, and a hydration drink rtd. That way, I can eat something that's going to digest fast in 30 minutes before before I go hit legs for 2 hours.If I ate regular whole foods I'd have to wait longer for it to digest. So that's why I am having these types of carbs in my diet.

I did 185lbs x 4 for clean and press, 165lbs x 6 for barbell press, 35lb dumbell side laterals x 6, and I think 155lbs hangclean for x 8

yes cereal is fortified by vitamins and minerals, but that means nothing. the other garbage in it robs your body of nutrition too

also where are the veggies?
Right at the bottom where it says dinner, I listed 500grams of Cherry tomato, broccoli, bell pepper and Cucumber. My nutritions good man.. I make sure of it

I know I could run it that way and get away with it, but that's pretty much the dosages I used for my last cycle, I want to "fully" dose myself this time, like 3cc twice a week, if I trained this hard last cycle on half of that, I want to see how hard and far I can go with the full doseage, of injectables.

@doomslayer28 to be honest straight up bro there is no such thing as "fully" dosed, the doses i suggested above are 1.2GRAMs 1200mgs of steroids per week, compared normal weekly male testosterone production is 30-70mgs/week!
this study: Tenover, J. S. (1992). Effects of testosterone supplementation in the aging male. Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 75(4), 1092-1098. DOI: 10.1210/jcem.75.4.1400882

So to put this into perspective, you're injecting/ingesting 1200mgs of testosterone/week while you should naturally maximally produce 70mgs/week (with most men producing 30-40 these days). That means you're taking in 17-19 times your normal T levels. That's an insane amount of hormones, so taking MORE is not going to do a lot MORE. It's just a fact you'll see.

The key to actual results is 80% diet and training, mainly diet being biggest key, if you talk split, it's like this for majority of average genetics guys: 50% Diet, 30% Training, 20% Gear.

p.s. I didnt even count proviron/nutrobal mk677/or cardarine in your 1200mgs.

anything you add to tren is icing on the cake
it will only increase sides
 
I understand your mentality
it's all about more more but that's not always the best way with things
 
as you get older you'll run into injuries
that's why you shouldn't overdo things
 
make sure you keep yourself honest on this log
we need to know how you're progressing
 
I say go for it and try what you are saying
this way you can keep pushing things
 
we shall see what happens on this log
it's going to be a fun experience either way
 
The only things I will say is most people look at the here and now, they don't look at the future, the more you do now eventually it will catch up with you as you age and get older. I run lower mg and even then risks come with that, I try and mitigate the risk factors by staying as low as possible.

At the end of the day it is your log and you run it how you see fit, me personally I like to see what a little can do along side my diet and my training.

If I'm gonna buy all the food, eat 4500kcals, diet continously for it, buy and take all the support supps, train 4 hours, I want the maximal results I can get away with, this last cycle I did half of what I'm planning to do, and I experienced that and it was cool, learned alot. But for my efforts and money I want to see what 100% feels like because, atleast once, I'm giving 100% of my efforts in multiple aspects. I don't plan on going any higher on doses than this, this is the upper tier of what I'm willing to take.

5 sets of overhead dumbell extension
Pyramid drop sets, maxed out at 110lbs for 5 today (5lb increase over 2 weeks)

5 sets, rope extension, pyramid drop sets,
Maxed out at 90lbs for 9 reps (10lb increase)

Well on my third and final sets I often do a triple drop set, so for instance I hit 110lbs Overhead tricep extension for 5 reps, dropped the weight by 10lbs, did another 6 reps, and another drop of 10lbs for another 5 to 6 reps, so generally on my third set and heaviest set I'm doing a triple drop set that leaves me in the 12 to 15 rep range, all other sets I generally only do 1 drop set and they generally land in the 12 rep range. Usually 6 with the heaviest weight, and a other 6 with a 10lb drop.

Tbh bro, I appreciate you and the advice, but I'm still gonna run 3cc twice a week with the masteron, I want to see how much of a difference the dosing will make in a 15 week cycle as opposed to this last cycle where I used half. If this time it doesn't really make a difference and the strength and size yield isn't that much greater, I'd think about reverting back the half of what's being used. I just want to see the difference for myself.

The pyramid drop sets are fantastic stimulus, and I've gained alot of strength and size off them, but I've kind of hit a snag on Incline bench, only made a 2 rep increase from 4 to 6 reps in the time I started this log and i am stuck on leg press for 8 plates on each side for 8 reps currently, so I think my body especially on bench is adapting to that "stimulus" I am considering going to 12 to 15 with 185 on straight sets like you said to really get the pump going. Other than that I really don't know what other stimulus I can do to increase my bench, I do pause reps on all my sets.

@doomslayer28 training looks good you're high volume man :) I would cut all that to 4 sets and do a few 15-20 rep sets DROP into it

and on the diet, seems good but why 500 grams carbs? you're lean you dont really need so many carbs to be honest, maybe 300 or so

Well, the high volume of the training demands high carbs, and by my estimates I'm burning almost 100grams of carbs per hour. It makes up a sizeable portion of my bulking calories, my tdee maintenance is around 4000kcals so 500 above that for bulking is 4500, so I choose to consume carbs since my protein and fat intake is good where it's at, aside from today I eat high carb most of the time breakfast and lunch with s 150gram carb fruit smoothie for my health, I like to consume alot of phytonutrients to level out the negative effects of blasting gear, keeps my liver healthy

I know the smoothie seems, unfit for a meal, but it's an easy 4 servings of fruit high in phytonutrients, and it comes out to a good 150grams of carbs, I have been having this smoothie for almost 3 years now, it's just so easily dranken and preparrable.

Here's the macros for the smoothie if I have it twice a day, 300grams of carbs in fruit, 3000mg of potassium, 500% of my vitamin C, and 43grams of fiber ...I gotta have it

I would continue to eat the way you are. It works. Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken. You need high carbs. Your metabolism requires at least 4000 cals per day. You don’t want to get it all from protein. Too much protein will strain your kidneys and give you gout and joint problems.
Yeah I am already pushing it with how much I consume, it's already at 350grams 2 protein shakes a day with milk, once in the morning and once after working out. and two 8oz servings of chicken per day.

I do agree on the fruit thing. Too much fructose gets stored as fat. He would be better off dextrose after workout.

Gonna have to disagree with you guys on the fruit thing, fruit is a very healthy complex carb that's packed with vitamins and minerals I need. and the fructose i intake is just burned up as fuel, it's been a staple carb source for me for years...i really don't think the fruit is causing organ distress, I think if anything, the 100mg of orals i take do that lmao but that's why I intake so much fruit to support my organ function and its worked so far, I feel great.

Nah nah brah lol I have 1 smoothie in the morning [150grams of carbs] and one with dinner, I am not intaking 300grams of carbs at a time lol
 
I think u should look at your fruit intake differently. I think it should be more specific needs and purposes since the liver has a hard time converting fructose to glycogen in amounts larger than 50 grams per day.

I use pineapple for two purposes. It aids in digestion and helps with oral sex. It supposed to make it taste better. I wouldn’t know as I am the giver not the receiver. 😂

Of course there is potassium and other good nutrients but u can get that from other non fructose sources at relatively low cal amounts.

Today was shoulder day, have been stagnate on alot of lifts probably from the volume, so I decided to take a week off and this week I returned on Monday and felt stronger, and was able to increase weight on alot of lift, as long as the weight and reps go up, i know im doing things right. Feeling good though, feeling strong, feeling lean, should be anyday now that I get my new cycle from PSL, I ordered 3 vials of test 500 (200mg cypionate, 200mg enanthate, 100mg propionate, 3 vials 200mg masteron enanthate, 3 vials trenbolone enanthate, 100 pills of anadrol 50mg, 200 pills of 25mg winstrol. I also ordered mk677 25mg and cardarine 10mg from lawless labs online. I decided to just stick with anadrol again this cycle because anadrol has never let me down, I'm really looking forward to seeing the gains from the anadrol with the masteron. #team 3cc

Today was shoulder day, have been stagnate on alot of lifts probably from the volume, so I decided to take a week off and this week I returned on Monday and felt stronger, and was able to increase weight on alot of lift, as long as the weight and reps go up, i know im doing things right. Feeling good though, feeling strong, feeling lean, should be anyday now that I get my new cycle from PSL, I ordered 3 vials of test 500 (200mg cypionate, 200mg enanthate, 100mg propionate, 3 vials 200mg masteron enanthate, 3 vials trenbolone enanthate, 100 pills of anadrol 50mg, 200 pills of 25mg winstrol. I also ordered mk677 25mg and cardarine 10mg from lawless labs online. I decided to just stick with anadrol again this cycle because anadrol has never let me down, I'm really looking forward to seeing the gains from the anadrol with the masteron. #team 3cc

I know rhe title is misleading because it says cutting but my new order arrives I'm going to continue to bulk for another 15 weeks and then I will do 2 15 week cycles for cutting.

Yeah yesterday was more carbs then Intended usually I only consume 400 to 500grams of carbs on a training day.
