Sleep has been suboptimal lately. That leg thing came back one night again. Last night I actually slept pretty good again and finally scored a good recovery for the first time in a couple weeks. Winny is coming out at the end of the week so it will be interesting to see if my sleep suddenly goes back to good again..

This training session should have happened on Tuesday night but my kitchen faucet attempted to flood my house. Luckily my wife caught it and I was home to shut the water down. Ended up spending my night mopping, drying, then going to Home Depot and replacing the kitchen faucet.

So Tuesdays session became Wednesdays. Felt like a strong session. Lifts are progressing up again. Tried a new rear delt cable fly movement this session and it felt pretty good. I have a hard time connecting with my rear delts so I'm always toying around with different movements trying to hit them better.

Feels like the Winny is really starting to finally make a difference in my strength. Only took 3 weeks on, and 2 weeks at 40mgs.

Lol I know right. I think that's why this next generation is so keen on renting. Just call someone instead of having to waste your night fixing things yourself. I'd call someone too but by the time I get someone over I coulda already fixed it myself so what's the point.

Ya the Winny has taken a while to really get going. The endurance improvements were pretty immediate but I'm only see strength games for the first time now.

Ya I've considered adding more CBD but traditionally I've seen no benefit from increasing my dose from where it's at. I've been using CBD for like 7 or 8 years now and played with a lot of different doses before I found the perfect amount.

Training felt really strong again yesterday. Lifts all progressed over last week and a couple sets I added 2 it 3 reps. Feeling like I'm getting back in the groove again and my body is adapting back to the grind. First time back to backing sessions in a couple months and I'm feeling pretty good today all things considered.

Dinner was some teriyaki chicken thighs

Ah yeah so like a bent over lateral but one arm at a time and with a cable. I don't mind them hey. I also find the same but standing to be good (stand side on to the cable with it set around head height and pull across yourself very slightly from high to low).

I find the best cue is to really have the hands go out wide. Not just focusing on going back.

The PP has been getting some very heavy use. Libido has been sky high, but that probably has a lot to do with me jacking up my test to 400 per week. I'm lucky my wife is very understanding and accommodating lol

Yea very true. I've been lucky so far where I never really dealt with ED issues on any cycles. When I was running Tren at 375mg per week I did run into a couple situations where mid session I started losing it but it bounced back pretty quick. It was pretty weird timing too cuz that amount of Tren made me hornier than I've ever been in my life lol. Even weirder was I was taking 1/2 a Cialis EOD to help manage BP too. Think the Tren was rotting my brain or somethn haha

When you’re married you don’t notice it as much imo because youre going Raw. I used to notice it on Tren in my 20’s when I’d be wearing a condom. Just would get slightly deflated if you know what I mean and then you gotta get a fresh one lol

Even though I was tired training was still pretty good. Hit my progression targets in most cases and my only missed sets I hit last week's numbers. The Winny definitely helps keep the strength up even if the energy is low.

Dinner last night was a cheat but I didn't get a pic. Ordered in some ribs and fries. Just dug in before taking a pic and by the time I remembered there wasn't much left.

Would have never guessed by your pictures that you're over 200 pounds. You're holding a lot more muscle mass than your frame looks like, which is a good thing. @BeMe

Yea I'm just under 6ft. 5'11 and a half inch. Never quite could get that extra half an inch since I was 19 years old.

I think I'm really bad at taking pics too. Duno how to get the angels or distance right and don't really care to learn. Everytime I see my pics I always think I look so small lol.

Works amazing. Last time I ran it at 100mg per week so this time I tried 50mg and total joint relief. The best part was it fixed my elbows about 2 weeks in. Worked really fast.

I've been considering mot-c but I don't want to add too much at the same time. This is my first time running EQ so I'd like to see how it goes first.

My energy levels have still been good in general so hopefully I don't really need it just yet.

This update is a day late. I probably sound like a broken record but work is getting crazy again. With summer being here the building season has started and we got a ton of projects on the go. So this log is for Sunday.

Finally got a great sleep. Slept like a baby and slept in late. Making up for some lost sleep time this past week.

Last day on the Winny. It was just getting rolling but it's been a month and I'm more focused on the EQ and what it brings to the table. Don't wanna take the Winny too long and risk having to cut the EQ shorter. It's been fun but time to focus on the long term.

Another solid session making good progression. Only failed sets met last week's numbers so not too bad. The progression has been steady again and I'm back to my numbers I was hitting early last cycle. Quick rebound from all the time off.

This update is a day late. I probably sound like a broken record but work is getting crazy again. With summer being here the building season has started and we got a ton of projects on the go. So this log is for Sunday.

Finally got a great sleep. Slept like a baby and slept in late. Making up for some lost sleep time this past week.

Last day on the Winny. It was just getting rolling but it's been a month and I'm more focused on the EQ and what it brings to the table. Don't wanna take the Winny too long and risk having to cut the EQ shorter. It's been fun but time to focus on the long term.

Another solid session making good progression. Only failed sets met last week's numbers so not too bad. The progression has been steady again and I'm back to my numbers I was hitting early last cycle. Quick rebound from all the time off.

Dinner last night was some homemade Vietnamese fresh rolls

AM Fasted Weight - 203lbs

Sleep has been suboptimal lately. That leg thing came back one night again. Last night I actually slept pretty good again and finally scored a good recovery for the first time in a couple weeks. Winny is coming out at the end of the week so it will be interesting to see if my sleep suddenly goes back to good again..

This training session should have happened on Tuesday night but my kitchen faucet attempted to flood my house. Luckily my wife caught it and I was home to shut the water down. Ended up spending my night mopping, drying, then going to Home Depot and replacing the kitchen faucet.

So Tuesdays session became Wednesdays. Felt like a strong session. Lifts are progressing up again. Tried a new rear delt cable fly movement this session and it felt pretty good. I have a hard time connecting with my rear delts so I'm always toying around with different movements trying to hit them better.

Feels like the Winny is really starting to finally make a difference in my strength. Only took 3 weeks on, and 2 weeks at 40mgs.

Felt strong and took my time training on Sunday. It's been a while since I squatted properly so I'm taking it easy for the first few weeks until my body remembers the movement pattern again. Not bad for a first day tho. Ring finger is still on the mend so I didn't wanna risk doing wrist curls. All and all a strong session to finish out the week.

Had my nephew's 4th bday party yesterday and it was at one of those fancy Chucky Cheese meets Dave and Busters places. So you can imagine what the food selection was like. Fats got a bit high but I managed to get my protein in. Didn't take any pics of the food there so instead here's some pics of my sushi from Saturday and my bikes after I got them all prepped for the season. The sushi is scallops flown in from Hokido Japan.
