Celebrating my birthday tomorrow. My amazing wife is making me an extra lean beef burger birthday meal and macro friendly protein cake (haven’t had this before) so should be a fun Sunday! My birthday was actually last week on Saturday but we had to delay the celebration.
 
Workout log for today. Saturday workouts each week are KILLER. Favorite workout of the week for sure. Leaving the gym feeling like your shirt sleeves are going to rip or cut off the circulation to your arms is the BEST! Going to go do 30 min of cardio before I pick up the kids. Date night tonight with my wife so wish me luck! 🤣

Can anyone tell me about sperm levels while on trt and the best way to get them back after my cycle? My wife just told me she may be interested in having one more child of our own. I’m about 4 weeks in to this cycle. Figured I’d be on trt for the rest of my life but willing to change that mindset for her if that’s what it takes.

Took an extra rest day today. Finished my 4 week round of the training I was doing so wondering if I should do a deload week or jump straight in to my next routine?

@steadfastsavage no problem, you just need to pump in some HCG and HCGenerate stacked for 4 weeks and your boys GTG producing some sperm, enough for a kid. when you want to do this?

Well… ideally, we would like to start trying after this cycle is over in another couple months if that’s reasonable. You tell me the timeframe that makes sense and then we will keep trying until then. 😂

Not sure why but not able to copy the text log from my workout this morning. Please see images attached. Went high volume with lower weight this morning to see how it feels. The burn is awesome and legs feel pumped!
