I'm doing my fourth summer cycle, and am hoping to get some input. The past two years I did Test / EQ, but wanted to step it up a little. Here's my plan:
12 weeks:
Test E - 480/week
EQ - 300/week
Var - 25/day
Any feedback or suggestions to refine it would be a huge help. Also, any suggestions for PCT would be great too. I'm 37, 185 lbs, 5'11".

Additionally, cycles in the past have definitely given me a cut and some bulk, but I'm hoping to go up a level on the bulk this year. Not looking to try tren/winstrol or any of the stuff that comes with risks of hairloss.
