I think people would rather spend a little bit extra than lose one of the top vendors. When a solid reliable source comes around my biggest fear (and i’m sure others too) is losing that supplier. Do whatever you need to protect yourself brother

Hey fellas,

We are in a situation where we need to lower the amount of packs we are sending per day. This is for various reasons including opsec, workload etc.

Right now we are not looking to go to referral only. And I also don't think that would fix the issue anyway. Our current solution is to increase the minimum order amount from $135 to $500.

This would be for hybrid and dragon pharma products. If guys are buying more at a time, say enough for a cycle at once, it will eliminate a ton of smaller orders we send out each day.

Wanted to get the communities thoughts on this. See if anyone has any different ideas or min order amount recommendations etc. I want to take on board all ideas from the community as we do what we do for the aus community.

Also keep in mind that we do offer items from another lab that will still have a smaller min order amount of 2 items. Though this will be crypto payments only. While we take both crypto and bank transfer for hybrid and dragon pharma products.

why should people be forced into ordering extra stuff they don't need for the time being?
What if they just need something small, or dont have the funds and have to be forced into either begging or payin the minimum

Unfortunately doing high minimum orders does mean that some people won’t be able to purchase the couple vials they may need.

But when a lab gets to the size of @HybridLabs sending out packages for 2x bottles of test isn’t in their best interest security wise.

I’m sure they would absolutely love to help every single person with orders, but it comes down to safety and longevity.

Labs are getting busted left, right and centre at the moment, and when your business scales up, so does the team, and so does the eyes looking at you.

Being able to reduce the number of packages being sent out will not only help hybrids security, but it’ll also be able to help them maintain their high quality and quick responsiveness.

Times are tough, money is tight for a lot of people, we all get it, but like hybrid said they’re not forcing you to use their gear or even buy gear for that fact

$500 minimum is a great idea, but possibly a short stop solution as over time the number of packages will build again once people use to ordering that minimum amount?

To solve the issue on number of packages per day - why not incentivise them like $1,000+ gets 5% off, $2,000 10% off or something to that effect.. just like Uber Pool, maybe people put their orders together to reach that amount, and total number of packages come down

If I deal with a new vendor whom isn’t tested or known I won’t go big first up but Hybrid is established and highly regarded so if that’s what it is then that’s the choice.
Obviously referral only is absolutely another option as is limiting ships per day/week but whatever works for you brother if they don’t like it go elsewhere !

Most people are getting there full cycle and then topping up I believe.
