Adding load those compounds to TRT

Long-term low-dose TRT (1.6mg/wk split) + considering low-dose Masteron. anyone with experience or tips

Much appreciate it
1.6mg a week?.. Man we would need a ton more info before even beginning to help.
Age? Weight? Nutrition? Training?
What do you want to add masteron for? What is your goals?

1.6mg or 1.6ml a week? if ml, whats the concentration.

Thanks for the reply happy to fill in the gaps.

• Dose clarification: 1.6 mL/week of 100 mg/mL test (so 160 mg total), split into two 0.8 mL doses. Been on long-term TRT 13+ years, levels steady, bloods perfect.

• Age/Weight: 45, now 220 lbs was 381 (weights 5x/week + cardio).
• Nutrition: Clean. high protein (1.6g/kg goal weight), calorie deficit for recomp, tracking macros etc.

• Goals with low-dose Mast: Hardness, vascularity, better body comp/muscle preservation while cutting to ~200 lbs. Standard TRT enhancement, nothing crazy curious about long-term experiences. Not to see that I’m going to go out and grab it right away, but I’m just curious about adding a compound. It doesn’t necessarily need to be this one.

Any information would be great

Well done on your weight loss, thats quite the achievement and you should be proud.
Mast can work for you with what your trying to do, I would almost be more inclined to suggest primo however - but depending on whether you can source or not EQ could be an option as they are both that bit more anabolic so you could recomp quite nicely, you would likely need to increase your test slightly however.

Mast is great, but it would really shine after youve done a decent recomp and got down to 10% or so

Totally get Mast shines more sub-10% BF. Primo sounds better for recomp now while I’m cutting from here because recomp is my main priority

EQ’s blood thickening is my main hangup though I’ve had a couple blood tests with slightly elevated hematocrit already, so I’d pass for now.

200/200 on primo and test would be a great recomp dose and very safe.

EQ isnt as bad as what it is made out to be, but I appreciate the fact.

Primo hands down will do what you are asking of it

welcome to the EVO family :D @Eggs_cottageCheese I see you are talking with @Dreamer here but really he's talking to you generally and so are we all, we dont know much about you.
We still don’t know enough to guide this because we haven’t seen your actual TRT log with daily food, bodyweight trend, training loads, sleep, blood pressure, and full labs, and "bloods perfect" doesn’t tell us details.
Get a proper TRT log up now so the EVO family can see how you’re responding at 160mg and cutting from 220 before even thinking about adding Masteron or anything else, 15min of your time to start :D easy.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

160 mg a week is not bad but I always tell guys that you want to aim for about 100 mg. You don't want to run too much. That's a huge mistake people are making and it's leading to thickened blood, which is dangerous.

if you add something to TRT or you run it at too high of a dose, then it's not considered actual TRT. It's more sports TRT if that makes sense.

Bros, if you want to add something, maybe add some proviron instead of Masteron. I think that would make more sense.

If you want the best answer tailored specifically to you I'd start a log, get bloodwork done (we can link you to how to do that including what bloodwork to get), and then based on your specific goals you'd get tailored surgical advice honed in on specifically you based on your own physique, goals and bloodwork. Otherwise we're just discussing what compounds are known to do vs. what we can see your TRT is doing and what adding other compounds would do specifically for you based on physique, goals and bloodwork.

Consider it and you won't regret it if you do. It changed my life when I started my first log (no bullshit).
 
I get a feel good benefit from mast. Main reason I like it
