Could agree more

💚 Love it bro!

I’ve pulled bloods 3 times in 8 weeks now 😂 but I’m not that surprised ether, I think for a lot of people that there health markers are a secondary thought until they have issues unfortunately - but we are in a golden ages of access, information and abundance so I’m sure the trend is moving in a better direction for sure

This is the Way!
Bloods are as mandatory as taking Test is as a foundation. I know this better than anyone. Thanks for putting this up!

I agree blood work is crucial! @R.AP :D

Just because people aren't posting them, doesn't mean they aren't getting them. I've spoken about my bloods here but my first thought isn't to post them, I'd rather rub them by ChatGPT for feedback relative to my situation and advice on how to move forward
I respect and love you @madcap71 :D you're a true pro in the gym, but I disagree with using chatgpt or any ai for steroid advice even bloods! its an ai bot that lies all the time! very dangerous for steroids.

Agree totally with this......now. I didn't get them or post them as early as last year. Then I got unwell, I had blood tests once a day for 2 weeks, then monthly for a bit. I am totally sold on the importance of the markers you need to watch and that we should do it regularly especially while on. 🩵

@R.AP that's definitely what we like to hear. We try and definitely give the best information possible and help each other.

Some people might be reluctant to share if things are off, either out of embarrassment or to avoid the kind of feedback or criticism that they ultimately know is true/ sensible, but may not want to accept. You see a little bit of this re: other biomarkers being shared as well - I love seeing more people track BP & glucose, but I do notice that the regular reporting drops-off when (I presume) markers begin to fall out of the desirable range. I think it goes back to how people respond to someone sharing not-so-great results, being mindful to not be too prescriptive or directive, and to avoid a sort of pile on scenario with too many different points of advice & opinions that might overwhelm them.

Are you suprised?

You still have the steriod boomers promoting the same 20 year old advice.

You have to drag some dorks to a clinic yourself to get bloods.

God forbid they realise that proviron and dbol has done sweet fuck all for their “physique” apart from crush their lipids.

Ignorance is bliss 🤣🤦‍♀️

Agree here, way too many people with different opinions and beliefs, gets a bit overwhelming when you get 10 different pieces of advice and suggestions.

My recent bloods that I havent shared yet will be a good example of this, I have elevated AST, ALT and Bili, which I know is because I absolutely hammered legs the day before my bloods, I dont drink, take no orals or medications, not even panadol, I have had multiple ultrasounds which are textbook. Yet I get many different opinions and suggestions from ignore through to stop the cycle your liver is shutting down.

In a public forum this will happen and its the beauty of it, the collective knowledge, but I can understand the apprehension for some to share.

Yeah absolutely!

I can count hundreds of people I know who don’t even track basics like BG, BP ect..
(Haha or there food or weekly metrics for that matter 😂)

✅ I don’t think it’s necessary for people to post the bloods unless feel comfortable to do so, or they are in need of help with interpretation, analysis, advice ect…

I think what’s important is that we have a safe space for anyone who doesn’t feel confident to reach out without being ridiculed. That being said I feel like there’s plenty of people that need a coach before they need more gear 😂

Agreed 😊 although (unfortunately) often times it’s the ‘coach’ telling them to up the gear when everything else is already off or unaccounted for 💀

Preach sister! 🙏🙏🙏

Ah true true I do forget there’s a world full of fuckwits out there 😭

My blood work recorded is rather infrequent but for the most of my cycles I've ran I did 4 weeks then back to my trt.

My last big cycle before this one my coach at the time said to me if I got bloods before he wanted them he would drop me.

But coach has made it clear that after this one bloods will be requested at least every 8 weeks while "on" while on my trt it's not required unless I'm plannning on getting on

Yet we have a blood work section and many logs have blood test results.

I agree with not using it for steroids but it is a lot more capable at reading bloods than people give it. I've paid Dave Crosland to read my bloods (he owns a bloodwork company in the UK) and the advice given by ChatGPT was more detailed and tailored to me.

My bloodwork has improved over time, so it's got something right.

Absolutely a great point, and this is what I've noticed as well. I think it's a combination of fear of criticism and an approach of ignorance. Don't acknowledge it, and it doesn't exist.

You see on forums people are pretty critical, too, so it makes sense that people may not want to share.

This post isn't all doom and gloom though, I think the space is trending in the right direction and conversations around blood-work are becoming more common.

I will agree here! Might just be that I'm specifically looking for the "bloodwork" tag in new posts, and not so much seeing all of the bloods shared in logs (which does happen a lot). I only get a couple of hours to look at the forums a day and I want to be as much of a help to newcomers as possible, so it's sometimes hard to stay up to date with logs.

We all have our ways and I have full respect for your approach our brother :D @madcap71
I wouldn't base Dave Crosland for anything :P (sorry Dave), but next time you have bloods post them in our bloods sub please so EVO family can give some feedback as well https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/forums/blood-work-research-analysis.283/

Yeah you should definitely read up on the logs. I sweep most of them every day myself and there's plenty of blood-working posts that trust me.

I'll cop that brother, thanks heaps. Daily might be a bit hard, but I can definitely set aside a few hours once a week to catch up.
