I was among the first guys to buy Creatine when it became commercially available from a brand called EAS when Bill Phillips released it back in the late 1900s. Creatine is tried and true and the product will be here with us for many deacdes to come, it is backed by over 500 clinical studies across the world. It is not as strong as Testosterone per se but it is better than taking nothing at all.

For a grand total of 600mg across both products per daily recommended doses. Against the recommended 5000mg (5g) a day for creatine.
