endurance sarms stack?

I’m a bigger dude I’m about 5’7” and I’m about 209lbs
probably I don’t know 20 or 25% body fat
Question about using sarms for endurance
I’m gonna be doing a work-related 5k and I don’t want to look like an idiot
it’s coming up in 8 weeks so I plan on training really hard for it
with sarms can I start taking to help me do really good at it and then press my press co-workers?

I'll be honest with you man. If your not already running your not gonna get much better in 8 weeks no matter what you take. Your best option is just to get as much run or run/walking in as you can. What are you currently doing for training?

IMO the best SARMS stack for endurance is Cardarine and Ostarine.
Cardarine-20mg/day
Ostarine-25mg/day for 2 weeks then 50mg/day

endurance thats all cardarine

20mgs cardarine 3 caps cardazol and cardio and lots of it
 
sr and gw are both great options
use umbrella or rcs

i would alternate your training between long/slow distance, HIIT training and tempo running

your main issue will be your health, i would run on grass and make sure you get some high quality nikes or run barefoot
 
You're not going to gain a lot in that time frame. Gw would definitely help but if you haven't been training for it already ypu won't be prepared
 
safest stack for me is ostarine and sr
 
lgd is a great one if you want lean muscle mass
 
make sure you use n2guard with sarms
 
you will get good results with GW and ostarine together
