well Shut down is postponed until end of february. I’m going to start today. Bloods came in from trt clinic they aren’t the best but i’ll get real blood work done 6 weeks in. my Shgb went back up but last time i blasted it went dow pretty low so i will see. I have some proviron if need I have my Ai’s and my gear only thing missing is turinabol it will be here shortly. I know i still gotta up my carbs. making probably just home made granola bars I have no problem getting protein. cooking sweet pots tonight. Blood pressure has been good low to mid 120s / 75 ish. blood sugar stays around 90 though that’s on a lower carb diet Gotta keep an eye out on that.

you should try to get bpc if you have actual joint issues
and with the cut less weight more reps is the way actually

I have bpc tb500 and the mix in my fridge right now. my joints are feeling a lot better the last 6-8 weeks since I went from 209-215 I have been eating more carbs on average than i was in my recomp/cut phase. this is a picture of me from june 8 2022 i slimmed down a lot but went real aggressive on the cutting recomp i was 285 in this picture

i mean the last 6-8 weeks i’ve been eating in a surplus. but for almost 9 months i was cutting recomping i went from 255 down to 207-209 and stayed at that weight for at least 4-5 months and went from 20 ish per cent body fat to what you saw in those pictures a couple days ago . I am usally pretty hydrated. I didn’t wake up and chug a gallon of water or anything. I woke up in the morning stuck the little machine on my arm and it took 2 vials of blood. I worked out pretty hard the night before It was a leg night the night b4. In your opinion what are the concerning numbers. i noticed the liver enzyme was about mid way. this is me at 285 pounds in 2022

Great transformation! Love seeing people turn their lives around. It isn’t easy when it seems like such a journey to try and drop 80lb or something huge. It’s inspirational stuff to so many people.

The hemoglobin was a bit up there but that can be explained away by a bit of dehydration. Before you get your blood tests you should try and drink a bunch of water. Not necessarily a gallon but if you could do close to half that would help give you a better picture of where some of your markers are really at.
I drink a lot of water during the day but usually back off about 3 hours before bed so i’m not up two or three times in the middle of the night. but i’ll wait a couple hours next time and drink two three bottles

That was my pic from 2022 I was only 255 when i started this year i worked out hard from 2022-2023 lost a little bit of weight was lazy for 1.5 years and said no more excuses quit all bad habits except my nicotine vape. I was drinking close to a half gallon of vodka and gallon of orange juice a day in that picture for about 3 months

man that eq at 500 concentration even mixed with test leave a little bit of a pip 10 units 6 days a week mixed with my test 40
units really like 42-43 it’s test 200 right now from the trt doctor and 10 units npp 100 i think it’s been helping the joints

Yea waking up to pee is a bitch LOL. Getting old sucks. If I shut down the water I cramp in my quads or hammies if I try to get busy with my lady. But if I drink then I gotta get up 2 or 3 times a night light you. Damned either way so I just drink in the hopes I might get some haha

When I go to the actual lab and do blood work I am usually up for about 2-3 hours and i drink 3-4 bottles of water because i can’t eat anything.I wish the at home ones were a little more complete. They are pretty cool though I stick this little suction thing on my shoulders click a button and it takes about 3 minutes to fill a vial. Get one vial off each shoulder.

today’s macros a couple grams of carbs light. i’ll be at the full 400 shortly. Tonight’s workout. I was a little tired from work struggled with some stuff. My leg presses were 90 pounds lighter than usual. I did do more reps though.

You'd have to check and see if they offer an Am cortisol reading with your bloodwork. You'd wanna take the blood as close to when you wake up as possible. If it's been more than 2 hours since you woke up the reading becomes less accurate and anything over 4hrs it's pointless.

Next time slug a bunch of water right when you wake up so you're properly hydrated. It will give better idea of what's really going on. Being dehydrated can effect everything from your CBC to your kidney and liver markers.

Sound like you're a great candidate for self TRT once you use up that subscription. Should save you some good money. @stevesmi has a bloodwork thread where he will read you bloodwork for free. Its in his signature.

One thing you gotta remember is we get dehydrated as we sleep. So even if you're well hydrated throughout the day you're going to wake up dehydrated and it will effect your results.

I can't remember which YouTube doctor said it but apparently it's good practice to drink 2 tall glasses of water right after we wake up every morning. I keep one ready to go at my bedside and slam it when I wake up before I start getting ready. Then drink my electrolyte shake with breakfast.

Especially when I’m running gear i sweat a little extra.My protein shake i use a 20 ounce bottle of water after i drink the shake to get every last drop out of it. I have a couple bottles by my bed as well i usally drink one at 3:45 when the first alarm goes off I bought ten bottles of test on a sale right when i first started looking into PEDs then i tested a bottle it was supposed to be 250 but cam e back at 273. my script ends in 5 months so i will be using it then i ran some of it with my last blast might get into some this one.

I’ve been looking into that date syrup a lot. so if i hit a lot my carbs with old fashioned oat bars held together by date syrup that’s a lot lower on the glycemic index than rice and more micro nutrients in it that should be good shouldn’t it . i’m not a rice fan unless it’s red beans and rice made with sausage. And i will look into the rice salad as well but i can do oats and granola bars pretty easily. That oat powder i put two scoops of in my protein shake in the morning makes it taste good.

yeah we move a lot so we got one of the foldable tabeles from walmart. we are starting to look for a house or piece of property though still my work makes me move a lot hopefully I can change that

you cant do high protein and high carbs you'll not digest properly

i’m going to mix it with low fat cottage cheese instead of mayo and dice up sweet potatoes in it. Idk i’m trying to figure out what to eat with carbs that’s good cold. i figured diced up baked sweet potatoes would kinda be like cranberry or raisins substitute. I’m not a big fan of rice i eat a little bit because i have to for the carbs but I could tear up some red beans and rice, but there’s a lot of fat ain red beans and rice with all the sausage I put in it

I think i might be getting used to the higher carb load between yesterday and today i feel better with the extra carbs. Saturday night i sweated 5 pounds of water out over night. last night i didn’t sweat a drip. kinda weird. I have only sweated like that when i was sick

i have no idea i weighed myself before i went to bed and i was a little bit over 218 i woke up in a puddle of sweat and was 213 pounds on the dot in the morning I didn’t sweat a drop last night it was kinda crazy. but i have felt really good yesterday and today

Have you ever tried making rice in chicken stock instead of water? You might like rice that way. Oats are great too and you can add them to a lot of different dishes
yeah rice pilaf i guess you would call it is cooked in chicken stock usually is ok and shrimp fried rice every once in a while.

except for the junk food and alcohol my diet has for the most part been meat and vegetables a good portion of my life. That’s what grew up eating pretty much venison fish a little bit of ground beef and all kinds of vegetables. some root vegetables so i guess that was carbs. i can tear some rutabagas turnips parsnips up

just the test- eq- and really low dose npp EQ is the only new one but i don’t think it’s had time to really kick in it’s only been 5 days with today. it should be another week or so before it is really even starting to get in my system from what i understand.

no alcohol to speak of in the last couple years we drank a bottle of champagne on new years. a couple margaritas a few months back we each got one of a different flavor and split it. my only bad habit is my vape.

yes it was i updated my log tuesday at lunch. Between work, family and the gym I stay busy. Last night i missed the gym intake daughter to urgent care. She’s got a pretty nasty bug been running a fever for a couple days and is all achy. her fever broke this morning though so that is good.

tonight’s workout out and macros gonna eat a bag of popcorn in a little bit just plain light butter popcorn. I don’t know if it’s too early for that EQ to start working but my hunger has been out of control. the carbs run right through me. Meaning i eat and i’m hungry again in 30 minutes

when i started i was 215-216 this last sunday when i woke up i was 213 today I was 211 i’ve literally been eating over 4000 calories a day and lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks there was a couple days i ate over 5000 calories i weight all my food to the gram.
Your log is still amazing and you're putting a lot of work into it. I'm glad the higher carbs are working for you I had to adjust to this as well.

Saturday night i sweated 5 pounds of water out over night. last night i didn’t sweat a drip. kinda weird. I have only sweated like that when i was sick

today’s macros and gym workout little heavy on the calories but i’ve lost 4 pounds since 8 days ago threw a few extra carbs in today i was at 211 when i got out of bed this morning I also walked 31287 steps today.

My daughter just spent 4 days burning up and really sick. Maybe i caught it first and it only lasted a night. I am hoping to gain some muscle and size on this cycle. I’ll give my calories another week at this level and if i get below 209 I will have to up them some more. It’s gotta be fat i’m losing because my little bit of fat on the bottom of my stomach is almost gone. I am really hoping to add some lean mass and strength. At the 6 week mark i am getting my blood work done and if its all good im going to throw some turinabol in for 6 weeks. I have a 100 Anavar 50s and 200 Turinabol 20s from UG Freak probably take 40 -60 mg of tbol a day for 6 weeks.

Ok this is good if it was a 1-off then you likely sweat it out over 24 hours and were in good shape to fight it off and that makes sense.

Keep going to 209 and then when you up your calories up the carbs and keep workouts strong. Your protein is at a good strong recovery level. You'll see your belt tighten and your chest inflate trust me.

It's best to add the orals too once you're at a lower body fat almost regardless of what the oral is. As with any oral start low and go slow. 40mg will be plenty to start with the tbol and it should give you some endurance to up your cardio and use those carbs for some higher intensity in the gym.

i’m not sick My daughter is. I just sweated my butt off one night, literally 5 pounds of water it looked like i peed the bed. I only ever sweat like that when i am sick though and it was just one night. I am not on antibiotics. She is for strep throat. I still take my probiotics and my digestive supplements. I do One protein and oatmeal shake every morning and usally a shake throughout the day i have been keeping my protein around 300 grams and getting my carbs up over 400 as well. I was just adding the popcorn because we were watching a movie together and i needed a few extra carbs. most of my carbs come from oats and whole grains whole foods sweet potatoes rice fruit things like that but 10 -15 percent come from other sources like popcorn or rice cake or a biscuit corn bread muffin. I figured i have a little more room then in a cut. I keep an eye on the scale and body. I like being in a constant fullness feeling of my body from the carbs though. veins are almost always popping out definitely more fuel in the tank at the gym.

Good solid advice I didn’t know you started a new log. I’m going to keep up with it. I don’t get any notifications for the people i am following. I like the extra carbs way more energy and i do look pretty solid all the time now. I do 15 minutes of cardio every gym session to warm up. I put on average about 15-16000 steps a day in and a part of that is up and down flights of stairs. here’s a picture of my average for last year and this year so far since i started tracking everything. I only do the elliptical right now because it’s easy on the joints and i’m on my feet at least 10 hours a day when i was doing all the running my knees started hurting im going to start adding the rowing machine in a day or two a week as well

yeah you have some bad ass tats. I only have one it’s a rose with my oldest daughter’s name. My youngest wants one on the other leg with her name lol. Yeah my body definitely fought it off. I started going through your log. looking good for being 50 especially with the heart problems. How do you like all them peptides. I have a whole mini fridge dedicated to them only taking the bp and tb right now for my shoulder and joints i think it’s making a difference. Have you tried cardigan? I was looking into the livagen for being on cycle. Congratulations on beating alcohol we all have our demons that lead us to a dark place only to come out stronger if we make it

Mini peptide fridge is a must for serious EVO members LOL! See pic of mine! No clue why it loads sideways but that's the touted peptide fridge! It's supposed to fit only 6 cans of soda but they should advertise it as fitting "a year long cycle of up to a dozen peptides for bodybuilders".

Do you mean cardiogen? Or cagralintide? Haven't tried either but some peptide manufacturers are starting to include cagralintide in their GLOW and even KLOW blends.

I was looking into the livagen for being on cycle.
Right now the human data is super limited. At the moment I believe it's being overhyped to attract sales as a potent liver detox and potential fatty liver cure but there's virtually no human trials on it at the moment.

pretty much fajitas and tortilla chips sweet potatoes with taco meat. home made oatmeal bars.lots of those oats pb2 and date syrup-a few chocolate covered cherries baklava not lots of sweets but a few doughnuts twice. lots of oat meal with pb2 and honey. the meat i use is always lean meat. I was putting 4500-5000 calories a day in me. one night we had pizza. I am keeping my protein around 300 my carbs over 400 and my fat between 100-135 usage closer to 100
