Lunch and dinner log with photos. Dinner was a bust as I dropped my pseudo-pizza as I was putting it on my plate. A bunch of the chicken ended up on the floor of my kitchen. 😳🤦🏻‍♂️ I salvaged what I could and made the best of it.

Had another injection last night. Went dorsogluteal with it this time instead of ventro and WOW! It was so much easier than it has been anywhere else. Other than the awkward position of the injection itself, it was the easiest by far and I’m now having zero PIP.

Need to buy more testosterone. Thinking because I need it fast, Domestic Supply will be my best option in the US? Any recommendations? Right now, I’m on Test C 200mg/ml but going to be bumping that up with your help after March 1st. Is 250 mg/ml test e the best option or is there something else you like at domestic supply maybe with a higher concentration so I don’t have to increase the volume of oil substantially?

@steadfastsavage domestic supply 100% the best option for gear. @domestic-supply.com Greg ships very fast but DO NOT use high concentrations, use normal 250mgs/ml etc but we have 5 days left until the 1st bro. :)

It’s seared ahi tuna. Have you not had it before? Ahi tuna is super high in protein and very low in fat. It’s sushi grade tuna so they just sear the outside and the inside stays very undercooked on purpose. Might be more of a US thing I guess.

@steadfastsavage are those high protein waffles? thats important that they are. How much protein in 1? i was checking food list not sure.
Yes sir. 15g protein in each serving and there’s 4 servings so just the waffle mix itself is 60g protein. With the milk, egg, protein, and collagen added along with the Greek yogurt I use to dip them in, it’s usually around 150g protein total. ❤️

Domestic-Supply can get it to you fast man. I would still stick with the concentration you are using. Higher concentrations just lead to PIP. I would just deal with pinning more volume.

Sorry I’m lame and didn’t post yesterday bros. Life got the best of me. I’ll try to grab logs and photos for you later today.

Pinned last night with new 3ml syringes. The plunger was really hard to move. I thought I was done but couldn’t see it since it was dorsogluteal and the eyes in the back of my head only work when my kids are doing something wrong 😂. Needless to say, I pulled out prematurely (which never happens in other aspects of my life) and had to change the needle and pin a second time. The second time hurt but everything turned out fine and not very much PIP still so that’s good.

Got a fat order in with UGFreaks a couple days ago. Ordered one vial of the US based Para Pharma Test C 250 and ordered 20 vials bulk of the international and paid with crypto to get a massive discount on that portion. Stoked to get it! Hope the US stuff comes super fast since I’ll be out next week of my current supply.

if you dont have meal prep, i would get more bars and shakes and eat extra shakes to it for high protein
 
fruits, veggies you can buy on the run
you can also use a public grill for meats
when i travelled a couple years ago i took steak and put it in a cooler along with charcoal and a lighter and found a park and pulled over and grilled it.
 
No actual need, although the guys like it, to show pics of every meal
I do it for accountability for myself in a way as well but I appreciate you saying this. There are times I fall short.

So… now that it’s the 1st, let’s talk about my test only cycle. Thinking 500mg weekly pinning 2x weekly on Wednesday and Saturday. Any suggestions here? Do I need to titrate up or just increase to the full dose right away?

I’m going to have to find time to train later today. I couldn’t get up this morning as I was getting things in order for me to be away.

I’m going to a men’s retreat with my church. It’s only about 30 minutes from where I live but will likely be very snowy as it’s close to Tahoe and the elevation increases a lot between my home and where I’m going. It will be fun but the weather is crazy in California right now.
