First Ever Cycle

Hey all...first I want to say I'm new here and I joined because of all the helpful advice...so Im currently in a cut not to aggressive but I'm definitely trying to lose the gut after years of terrible eating and low hormones (I'm 40 now)..I just started TRT about probably 10 weeks ago..im on 200mg a week...I'm seeing definite results even in the stomach area but alas human nature I want more...so I'm thinking about starting a cycle of Anavar...idk what my clinic will give me yet mg wise but I know it's sublingual...so when should I start using N2guard and when should I stop it? Also is anything else needed after the cycle is over if I'm gonna stay on the 200mg of test? I lift 4x a week and I do cardio daily (after lifting)and get my 10k daily steps every day...will Anavar help my goal as long as I stay in a caloric deficit (which I am)..thanks for the help and glad to be here!

Trt is a gateway drug for sure!

They say anavar is best at the end of a cut, if you can get pharma grade, great.

Best to get your diet and training dialed in before adding in extra peds

Diet> training>peds

Anavar can help strength and keep a drier look during a cut if your training numbers and food stay consistent, and if you use N2Guard start it 1 week before Anavar and keep it running through the full oral run +6 weeks after.
Get a TRT log up first with your exact TRT dose and pin days, ed calories and macros, bodyweight trend, sleep, BP, and your bloods next week because without that we cannot tell if Anavar is worth it or just adding risk while you are already progressing on TRT. 15min of your time to start :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

You can run N2guard any time year round. A lot of people choose to run it on cycle. It's very important. Just don't use it within 90 minutes of taking your oral steroid.

You can cycle the N2guard and do three to four capsules off cycle and seven capsules on.

If you stay on testosterone after then that would be like TRT or blast and cruise.

you need to get on retatrutide. that is the next step for you. steroids aren't fat burners

Bros, I think first cycle, run some tests and run some oral with it. Maybe some tbol or Anavar.
 
I appreciate all the responses...I'm just honestly trying to get some info from people more experienced...I've heard of reta but I feel like if Im gonna just pin stuff just hop on Tren...I'm joking kinda I'm nowhere near experienced enough to use Tren and the dr at the trt clinic swears Anavar will do what I'm asking for...but again they make money off the script so it could just be as simple as that...I was just wanting other opinions so definitely thanks for the responses!

Yeah my next day off I will start one...I work alot and by the time I lift and 30 minutes incline on treadmill Im ready for bed lol...I will get around to it
