Diet Monday through Friday afternoon

Daily supplements and meds

meal after training: 6 eggs, 12 ounces of meat and 6 ounces of brown rice. Except Friday I had 6 eggs on top of my left over burrito bowl from dinner last night.

protein shake daily 2 scoops of 25 gram protein, 2 cups of milk, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter fit. Total 82 grams of protein.

Dinner a pound of meat. except Thursday evening I went out with my wife to dinner of her choice because she never gets to pick it seems like. So she wanted Mexican food. I had guacamole and chips. Burrito bowl with double steak all kinds of veggies and beans, guacamole, and cheese. I only ate half of it. I had the rest for breakfast this morning with 6 fried eggs on top.
 
An update on my motor oil mixing experiment. I mixed 1/2 ml of 200 mg test. cyp. with my 1/4ml of 400 mg Test E this week and it did not give me any pip in my right delt. I guess i can use it up that way and save the cyp over time. At least i found one way to use it up. I haven't noticed any difference in the way I feel maybe my libido was a little stronger this week i don't know. I pretty much feel the same as I have been while doing my TRT at 200mg. Getting blood work next week and will see how I have done since i did blood work right after i came off the VAR. Its been 8 weeks since I been off the var.

I love the compound movements, squat, deadlift, pullups, dips, bench, ect. The gym I go to we have yoke, atlas stones, log, sand bags, and viking press for strongmen competitors. I think I am going to try some of that stuff in the future as well. That shit looks manly AF also. Have you dabbled in any of that stuff?

bro well when i'm workin the ranch i'm always picking up and lifting heavy shit. had to lift 100 pound bag of manure today when i was unloading truck. did it all in 1 morning with sons help. my son 12 years old and already 6'6 and 240 .. all that red meat he eat growing up
 
@stevesmi I am ordering retatrutide from peptidepro.io for my wife to start. I am trying to decide how much to order. I want to order the largest amount to save money but how long will it last in the dark in the fridge once reconstituted? Also should she start at 1mg a week or 2mg a week?

once reconstituted it will start losing potency within a month but its still good to use probably 2-3 months max. but the quicker its used the better. so wait to reconstitute until you are ready to use. if you think its an issue get the smaller vials but 10mgs will get used up fast if she is using a decent dosage.

Dang bro you got awesome genetics in your family! That is a big boy. Yeah you live a life of strongman stuff. I should have thought of that. Picking up them lot lizards could classify as a strongman activity as well! Lol

Mixing gear will definitely help dilute it and lower the post injection pain. Also try warming up the oil. That certainly works as well. At the end of the day, I'm glad for the good news.
