Yes, love the show. I listen to it on Spotify. Glad there is a backlog of shows because I go through multiple shows a day while I am working on the jobsite. I just have my earbuds in listening to you, Mobster, and the Rickster since I listen to old episodes as well lol. Trying to get caught up on having listen to them all that is available on Spotify.

First blast ever going to start with test and see where things go with that and see how my body reacts with just the one compound first. That way I know. Then in the future add other things. Then if things act different with the other compound added I can know maybe it was that extra compound adding issues. Just learning about it all from trial and error. I feel like a test subject of my own experiments with this stuff

I do enjoy some sushi. My family really likes it. My 12 year old has been begging to go. He has been a big help lately so we took him to the sushi place for dinner. I like the hand rolls. I feel I get more fish that way and less rice.

I hit a PR in bench. I was going for 240 x3 but got 240 x 2. Previous best before my shoulder hurts was 230. Getting back to it.
