I'm Canadian, I live in Toronto. It's a bit of a long drive for you. I think I remember you saying you're in Boston right? You almost fought Marchand in a bar.

Wow our real estate has gotten so bad even you guys down there know about it.

It's my parents place and it's about an hour an a half north of the city. We built it about 6 or 7 years ago and ya it's definitely worth a lot now. It's a lot more affordable when you're in the trades and build it yourself and with other tradesmen you know. Their neighbours are mostly real rich people.
 
You and me both. Its really my parents house now but we call it the family cottage. Family of contractors. We built it about 5 years ago and my parents wanted a place that the whole family could fit it. @stevesmi

Week 5 Summary

250 test, 200 primo, 20 anavar

A very noticeable jump in performance on day 5 this week. I'm thinking that may have been the primo starting to kick in.

My macro app has me on a 3692 caloric target in the screenshot. I gView attachment 92804View attachment 92805View attachment 92806View attachment 92807View attachment 92808View attachment 92809ot into a bit of a surplus but my weight isn't moving that much still.

Overall health is good but my joints are a bit sore. My elbows are the worst. Feels like tendonitis flaring up a bit. Probably due to the extra weight pushing in workout.

I have some NPP on the way. I think I might add that in for the last 6-8 weeks on this cycle to help my joints and maybe gain some more muscle. We'll see how it all goes.

I'm still at the cottage so I'll have to do my progress pics tomorrow after work.

No moose in our neck of the woods. You have to go a few hours north to have a chance of baggn one. We get deer, black bear and coyotes. Nothing that you really need to worry about. Black bears can be agressive when they have cubs but even then they're pretty mellow. I accidentally came within 4 feet of one in the dark one time but it just wanted to keep eating that garbage it got into.

Log Day 39

Managed to get in my missed shoulder workout yesterday. Had to do a modified program because I was training at the cottage. First time I've hit legs in a week since my knee swole up. Working back into leg training slowly.

Still hitting my protein target everyday pretty easily. Didn't sleep as well as I usually do, probably the fried breaded chicken cutlet my mom made for dinner at the cottage. It's like being a kid again...eat what you're served lol. I've noticed over the years that eating fried foods tends to mess with my sleep a bit, but can't say no to moms cooking.

15 grams wont be an issue, it's more of a detox aid, trust me you eat a lot of protein it's going to help you a lot to bump to 15 grams. @BeMe

It was actually a crazy situation. I thought someone had broken into the cottage in the middle of the night. I was in a bunky and heard a racket that woke up my wife and I. Told her to lock the bunky door and I went out to see what's up. I heard banging and yelling and I was coming around the corner to look in the window and everyone was standing there...I was like wth...and they all said turn around. I was so focused on the cottage that I didn't see the bear in the garbage can 5 feet to the left of me. We made eye contact and the bear casually went back to eating the garbage lol.

No prob there. I drink well over a gallon a day. I drink over 2/3 gallon just at work. Just in mixed supplements alone I drink almost 100oz lol.

@ceo thanks bro. Get yourself a whoop strap. I just got the new one. It tracks all kinds of metrics. Blood pressure, EKG, and it has an algorithm that will estimate your biological age. Kind of gamifies health to give you targets to aim at.

Great back day yesterday. Still adding weight and reps. The progression this week is really good. Went a little overboard on the calories yesterday lol. We ordered in and I got a double order of a ribeye sandwich with no bun, and sweet potatoe fries. Only at half the fries but all the steak and wow. Some Michael Phelps level caloric intake. The weird part was I was full but not bloated, and I looked crazy shredded before bed.

Cant not have pull ups. I do weighted pull ups on a different day when my back is secondary. I want to give those pull ups my best effort to maximize them. @LevButlerov

If I'm ever hanging off a building by my finger tips I want to be able to save myself lol. But seriously I work on extension ladders very high up and managing a single muscle up could be a life saving skill. I do hanging leg raise too, toes to bar.

Going through my day yesterday to try and figure out what may have contributed to this super recovery cuz it wasn't sleep. Thinking maybe the fresh grilled calamari I ate for dinner?

Going to push the limits tonight in the gym!!!

Actually fucking fantastic, whatever belgias does for a filler, that tablet tastes like a basic waffer cracker, and it dissolves prettt rapidly, i have no issues chewing them after i did it twice now, the pump i got doing it that way 🤯 belgias does a hell of a nice job i must say.

I have not run var before, we can circle back into this conversation in a few weeks, i have a sneaking suspicion with what my coach is saying to me... he has some plans for winny and var with my new cycle... he is cryptic and likes to fuck with me😂😂 i asked him what is the plan, he replies "you will see 😂😂 " verbatim what i just typed lol, he has a plan he just wants to take it slow and see how my body handles winny first and if everything is on the up and up, it will be factored in at some point. I know either way we are gonna low dose both orals, i respond well with smaller/moderate doses, currently winny is just 60mg a week for me, most run 50mg a day.

So it would be test/mast/winny/var during this cut cycle for myself.
 
I have not run var before, we can circle back into this conversation in a few weeks, i have a sneaking suspicion with what my coach is saying to me... he has some plans for winny and var with my new cycle... he is cryptic and likes to fuck with me😂😂 i asked him what is the plan, he replies "you will see 😂😂 " verbatim what i just typed lol, he has a plan he just wants to take it slow and see how my body handles winny first and if everything is on the up and up, it will be factored in at some point. I know either way we are gonna low dose both orals, i respond well with smaller/moderate doses, currently winny is just 60mg a week for me, most run 50mg a day.

So it would be test/mast/winny/var during this cut cycle for myself.
Sounds like a smart way to run it. Gotta figure out what works best for you and just play it by ear. Mast, Winny, and Var should have u super shredded.

Anyone have any pro tips on dealing with back acne? I'm noticing some starting up on my lower back. Already using hyaluronic acid soap and a back scrubber. My bacne isn't bad, more like little red dots then actual pimples. Just wondering if there's something to nip it in the bud before it gets outta hand.

Another strong day training with solid progression. Even though my weight isn't moving much, and I don't see myself as getting much bigger, the reps and weights don't lie. When I'm pumped I definitely look bigger but walking around it's hard to say.

Almost didn't hit my 400g of protein yesterday, but a quick late night quest bar got me over the finish line.
