Really average session couldn’t mentally be there had some personal issues going on but we will be back next session. Every session counts at this point trying to pack on all the mass we can. Cardio is at 3 x 15 min at the moment and will likely stay as BP isn’t reaching as low as we’d like. Gear is remaining the same as we can’t get BP low as we would like. Cruise is coming 3 weeks for 8 weeks into prep.

BP was 120/70 this AM, diet has remained same for 2 weeks already feeling back to normal 2 back to back cracking sessions

Looking great bro. My only advice is to really try and bring those arms up this growth phase. Every other body part looks goodFirst time logging on Evo, I’m 23 6 weeks into my growth phase with Raptor Labs. I have 19 weeks of my growth phase left until my prep for Szn C IFBB, I’ll be looking to compete in BodyBuilding Jnrs and possibly weight class depending on stage weight. Currently sitting at 95 avg. morning weight at 6’0. Calories sitting at 5100, hoping to push the growth phase for another 19/20 weeks depending on bloods and body composition.

Slight niggle in my patella tendon, we will be using BPC-157 for 4 weeks along with a push in HGH to reduce recovery time.

Really good session was absolutely feeling every rep and set. All weights and reps moving up which is good to see, body weight did drop from 101.75 to 100.75 in the day but was holding some water from a free meal on Wednesday to bump weight up. We are moving very nicely into prep

Hitting cardio as I write this one up, nothing has changed of this week food, weights and body weight are all increasing at a nice rate. We have 3 weeks of pushing till a deload and then into a 8 week cruise phase. This will be @ 300mg and will really be looking to just relax and head into prep as fresh as possible. Been talking with coach and his asked me to get my prep cycle sorted as we could be starting at anytime from now on. Raptor is sourcing me with the gear for this prep and I’m so so thankful for the team. Only the most premium oils and orals on the market. We have test, mast, primo, tren a, winny, var and clen being sorted to be sent out this week will post pics when arrived. Can not wait to get absolutely stupid peeled.

Really solid session today had notice elbows were feeling a bit off the last 2 days but they came through for today and it felt perfect. All weights moved up and progressed perfectly. Came home from work to a care package of raptor labs finest and the quickest shipping in the game may I say. 2 day turn around can’t beat it, we got test, HGH, stana, var and clen. Care package 2 will be mast primo and tren which will complete our cycle for prep in the following weeks. Enjoy the photos.

Really solid session, we are running at 0RIR trianing is feeling really good. Had checkins this morning waiting for a reply on changes for the week ahead will add into tomorrows log. Feeling super good and loving the way I’m looking at the moment sitting around that 101-102kg feeling really good. About 10mg/kg at the moment keeping things nice a steady coming into prep.
