Really solid session, we are running at 0RIR trianing is feeling really good. Had checkins this morning waiting for a reply on changes for the week ahead will add into tomorrows log. Feeling super good and loving the way I’m looking at the moment sitting around that 101-102kg feeling really good. About 10mg/kg at the moment keeping things nice a steady coming into prep.

Solid session today didn’t record weights as I was training at a gym with my coach that had different machines, really good to get some perspective on where we are at. Prep is now shortened to 14 weeks, gear has dropped to a total of 500mg (200t,200m,100p) this will go all the way down to 300 ish which we will sit at for 8 weeks. Food has increased to 5.9 TD and 5.4 NTD (added 1 Lcm and 50mg pomegranate juice.
