i loaded up on letro with some nolvadex. it worked well for me

just the fair warning but at least you'll get rid of the gyno without surgery

i can say when i was probably in my 30's i had some gyno pop up. i got on an AI right away and luckily it was solved

Just as an aside: few can do without an AI and even less can get away without one each and every time. I've never understood the not using one.

I suppose it’s because I’d started on 350mg ( though this has been prop, always used C or E) test before upping to 590mg just for maybe 2 weeks and I’ve never needed an AI on less than 5/600 so it crept up on me.

Lucky for me my girl refuses to acknowledge it’s even there if I ever mention it , again it’s only visible if I do certain poses and flex hard, or if there’s a lot of pressure against its sore.

I’ve been taking nolva @20mg am and 20mg pm a month and just ran out, using Adex now and considering upping from 1mg eod to Ed. I might order some Letro today as harsh as it sounds. Letro + 40mg nolva and I take it no Adex? The three sound crazy together.

Good point. It is always good to be prepared that you are going to feel like shit so it is not a surprise.

Teeth are under control now, I hope , so you think I should get hold of more nolva and keep running 40mg daily along with Adex ( have upped it to eod with jabs atm) going in for bloods in morning
