How to get big

Pilapia is hight in protein and delicious and only take like 6 min to cook plus a got some veggis too

I like cutting sweet potatos into wedges or slices, use some seasoning, olive oil drizzle, and a few pinches of sea salt, bake it and BAM! Sweet potato fries that are delicious and make eating fun. I serve it up with chicken breasts that have been marinating in Greek yogurt and seasoning for days. I eat this 3-4 times a day it's so good!

Most brother always ask why I don't get rip? Why I can't get big? Cause your diet sucks. I lot of people ask me yo paja I want to get size to get big I always ask how many time do you eat a day??? What did you eat today ???

Hey that's a good recipe I am going to try that soon.

Maybe Dylan will come in here and post up some of his recipes, I think it was on EF that he put some up a while back.

It's like Ronnie used to say "everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but no one wants to lift no heavy as weights!" The same thing can be said for the diet, everyone wants to be big and ripped but no one wants to eat big and clean.
 
Exactly my brother that my point. Is not only aas that give you tha size you looking for the aas is going to give you a boost and is going to help with more power to get resisted etc

Too many guys do not count or track what they eat, so many are undereating or come up short on protein. Diet is 80% of your results! and the most important part
 
Yes my brother Rick, most of the people only ask for cycle but never ask for a good diet, what to eat how to eat they only thing on gears, the gear with out a good diet and a good work out routing isn't going to do the magic we need to get educated about how to eat, and they said is very expensive to eat good I said no if you know how to prepare your food

I do the same with my sweet potatoes but I dip them in some local honey. It's da bomb!!!
 
For a guy that cant eat grains (white rice I can tolerate) what do you guys suggest for carbs? I normally eat sweet potatoes, white potatoes after training sessions, last meal of the night and weekends.
