Long time but still here. My gut has gotten much worse the older I have got. My mom had Crohn’s.
So all I eat is, lean ground sirloin, chicken breasts and chicken thighs. Minimal amount of eggs and other meat. I eat jasmine rice or potatoes. Some broccoli, Brussel sprouts, some other veggies here and there. Blueberries, honey. That’s about it. I’ll splurged a little bit here and there but hardly ever. I do not track anything. I just just eat when I want and how much I want. This is my current physique.
Currently on 200mg of test for trt. I’m wanting to add is Masteron. I’ve obsessively have read and watched videos on actions of both together and dosages. I’m leaning on 200-300mg of testosterone, with 3-500 Masteron. I’m going to start low and increase depending on how I feel and bloodwork. Suggestions?
