Normal 3ml vials mate - same as others. No need for more bac water that any other GH vial.

I personally use 2ml - but they reconstitute clearly with less!

Not on insulin just yet, but the plan is to bring it in over the next couple of weeks at around 2-5iu short acting post-workout high carb days.
