Approved Log LOG - First Cycle Anavar

Hi I'm new here this is my log.

Age: 30 weight: 181 lbs Height: 6'1
Build: ectomorph
Here are a few examples of my workouts.

Example 1:
8 Rounds as fast as possible
8 jump squats
8 shrugs @ 40 db
8 split leg lunges
8 lat pulls

Example 2:
16 minutes AMRAP - as many rounds as possible
8 Curls
6 DB snatch - 3 each are
4 Stiff leg deadlift
2 burpees

Diet: Nothing specific currently 2500 calories per day.

Cycle plan: Avanvar 50 MG ED
25 MG morning 25 MG night.

N2guard 7 caps ED.

Any suggestions or changes I should make? Not even sure I formated this log correctly as it is my first time. Please feedback greatly appreciated.
 
Did u also buy everything you will need for a your post cycle therapy after cycle is completed
I am ordering everything together. I know Var doesn't suppress your production of T as much as other roids, so the plan was just 20 MG of Nolvadex ED for 4 weeks.

Just wanted to check and make sure you planned everything properly before starting so you didn't run into issues. I am glad you are doing this the right way, offen times we see newer posts and people do it backwards.

Oh yeah. The cycle will be 2 days shy of 6 weeks. I did decide I will be changing my diet to clean high protein foods. Chicken, rice, salmon, lean beef. But other than that everything looks good???

As far as I can see from what you posted everything looks good, you got on N2Guard which is huge for keeping you protected running and oral, you got pct put into place, you are running 6 weeks or under for amd oral which is the correct move, and you aren't being greedy about it and you are keeping it mild. All great things 👍

Did you get the anavar from and approved source? Last question I have as knowing that you have legitimate var is super important which all our approved sources carry.

I personally run para pharma gear which I buy from UGFreak.to hands down some of the highest quality around.

I'm getting my Var and Nolvadex from Domestic-Supply. The brand of Var I'm ordering is PHARMAQO and the Novadex is Beligas pharmaceuticals. Is this legit??!?

You really don't mention what your goals are? Judging by your workouts you wanna lose weight? at your height/weight you seem a bit undersized. Can you post a pic?

here is the thing. all AAS shut you down. (aside from proviron which is classified as more of a drug than AAS)
the reason why people think anavar doesn't shut you down hard is because either they got fake var or they keep their cycles short

so you absolutely shouldn't go cheap with pct.. nolva is fine but you need hcgenerate with it

Depends on who you ask and the cycle experience, some guys like me always run a test base even at a low amount, others don't feel it is needed at all and don't run test or get much out of it, cycles can be ran many different ways. Catching the evo podcast last night with primo and anavar Steve & Mobster touched on this and it was super interesting.

I think it is generally people who are estrogen phobic who will run cycles without test. Physiologically it isn’t smart. You need estrogen in your system, and more so when you are doing heart and brain toxic activities like steroids.
 
I'm not estrogenphobic as I already have gyno from puberty. I just don't really want to stack on my first cycle. I cant find hcgenerate anywhere its all sold out.

My goal is to loose body fat and put on some lean muscle.
@T-bird well this is a great start to your log

first thing we need is a picture from you face blurred so we can see your base dont worry no one will judge you, we just need to see what you have

now next thing

your diet, to cut you need to post a clear diet with meals and when you eat them and how much food and what time
your training, we need to see sets reps and WEIGHTS of the exercises you do
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

start logging this often so we can adjust

on your cycle
50mgs anavar and 7caps n2guard is perfect

after cycle, you will do TRT or PCT? whats your plan

and post some meal pictures too
 
20 MG of Nolvadex ED as PCT. Just trying to cut weight and put on minimal muscle to start.

@T-bird we need your diet training bro, you have very low base and will need a lot of diet training work first
That sounds like a plan. I really have never had diet training before. I've ate super clean in the past and have been down to extremely low body fat with visible abs but I have never been able to see muscle gains, ever!

I don't understand what you mean. I'm basically a baby in the diet training area. Currently I have started only eating clean foods. Egg whites, chicken breat, potatoes, whey protein, vegetables, white rice, avacado, salad, smoothies etc. With my Job its a struggle to eat during the day, so lately it's been almost like an OMAD diet. Let me know if this is or isn't what you are looking for.
 
I would eat two to three meals a day. What do you mean it's hard to eat with your job? We all have jobs to and we still find time to eat
 
your training needs to be improved. I respect your friend but your friend is not eight helping you here
 
I would start from scratch and do compound lifts
you need to build a nice base
 
what does your friend look like? Is he built like a bodybuilder or is he more skinny?
 
This is not a routine for bodybuilding or weight training. This is a routine more for middle school kids

@T-bird well whatever you're doing, if you want to use steroids you need to write down your diet and training before really doing injections or taking pills
if you cant keep track of your diet or training you shouldn't be using steroids or PEDs for that matter
