Idk if there’s penalty for bumping old threads but I just wanted to say the gyno surgery went well and I’m still resting. Planning to start back in the gym after Christmas so I’m in their before New Years@DecaBol oh you have gyno surgery? how bad are we talking about bro

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I’m waiting on the surgeon to send me pics because they took before and afters with a better camera haha. I wasn’t aware how much my chest would improve after the operation or I would have done it soonerthere is no penalty in the EVO family for sharing

I knew this would be the outcome but I was hoping they could help since I’m not only out of money but out of product and wouldn’t lie about something as small as this since I probably spend more on napsgear than a bored soccer mom spends on Amazon orders with hubby’s credit card

Indeed, and yes I have a private mailbox, my last order from naps was sent there and obviously made it thru to me I know my mailman is the common denominator haha. And I just plan to get some more test, I thought there’d be a gh sale soon but I might buy a few kits full price

I didn’t know Naps sponsored logs, but I probably wouldn’t do one due to the time commitment, I work full time and sleep full time but I might try and do something starting after New Year’s, I’m taking a semester off due to burn out so I’ll have more free time then
You should start one with little time into it, lets say 15 min/week of training updates to start.
@DecaBol to use steroids you should have a proper log as well. Otherwise results will be under question.
I think that was for an old one actually, when my stuff was taken by customs. My most recent ticket is still awaiting further confirmation, the store credit I checked is from May.
