Veteran Log Mobsters Training Diary

Never took you for a sarms guy mobster
If only you'd read my log and any post where I've said I've used MK677 for months (not strictly a sarm). I also mentioned, if only once (on a podcast I think), my buddy raving over RAD140. For me very Var like.
very nice touchdown let us know how you like them
Already have.

Dosing of any of the above is at the levels we recommend in our articles and podcasts. There is little to NO benefit for me doing anything different. So, as we see from time to time, people thinking (by way of example) 'if I double GW I'll get double the benefits'... they're wrong.

Most users of PEDs are genetically normal or average. Few have trained as long as I have. Most here haven't even LIVED as long as I have trained. I've covered how I do perfectly well on low to medium (at the most) doses of AAS. I hit 336lbs on just over a gram on my bulk cycle and did well on my cut cycle on well under 800mg. I'm nearly 60 and not on TRT. I do not, as per our pet troll GP would like, exhibit high test level signs - I'm not esp hairy nor overly aggressive (usually anyway). Ditto high natural GH signs. Now either I'm some kinda freak (possible I guess) or proof you don't need crazy shit just time and effort (maybe both??) + sensible standard doses. And a LOT of heavy basic training.

I have never seen a saxon bar in person before. Probably only at hardcore gyms, lol. Let us know how the qualifier was. Sounds like something that would be super fun to attend.

Yeah... but I didn't load it up to the max. I've done 705kg for 8 a bunch of times on that machine and 850kg for 3 (had a big gym member on top). I have the exact same machine (brand etc) in my home gym and was doing 732kg with my pad on it to increase the range of movement. So.. 180lbs more?

Friday
Today was a good day. I FINALLY got the 200kg/400lbs bench press (photo etc to follow)

great job mobster what do you attribute your strength to which steroid has helped you the most you would say
A break down of this time around.

My daily go to's:
MK677. Sleep and tissue/tendon/injury repair. 20mg. I've also, for BP benefits, been adding 1/2 a Cialis a day (I also have a little pickled beetroot for the same reasons) . But these are both off cycle and all the time

Following a chat with a buddy who has use PEDs, on and off, for years I started using RAD140 at 20mg a day for this cycle alongside the 50mg a day of Anavar

And that's it

Sources I use are:
PSL/EP (all products this cycle were from them), NapsGear (I've used Intek from Naps - a UK brand) and, of course, UGFreak (using ParaPharma for my previous cut).

Oh no they're fkin heavy. Like ridiculously so. And I do have a 'WTF was that and WTF was I thinking' often. Like the 220lbs skull crushers are brutal
You’re a bad ass @Mobster I know that feeling. Well, I’m not leg pressing 1300+ lbs either lol. 🤣💪 But lifting some heavy ass weights and like “did I just do that!” But it’s kinda secretly fun Isn’t it?….

Oh absolutely. They ARE heavy but I am also proud to have made it happen
