Latest Purity Source Labs / EuroPharmacies TD
Tuesday
Seated Press
to 112.5kg/247.5lbs (if I can get it off the pins I can rep it) x 4 reps
Saxon Bar
Set up 3 Cambridge Roll Wheels as 'blocks' for the heavy weight. Usual warm ups. First couple of heavy sets each rep was held for a 1-2 count
to 105kg x 3 r/p reps, 106.26kg x 3 r/p reps, 107.5kg x 3 r/p reps, 110kg/242lbs x 3 r/p reps (*I can get two finger pads just over the bottom edge - not the intent of the lift but the rules as are don't prohibit it as is)
@Mobster you're the real deal 112.5kgs on the seated press damn!Thursday
Hammer DB Curls
to 90kg/198lbs (one side at a time) x 11 reps
Skull Crushers
to 100kg/220lbs x 5 reps (better than last time)
Standing Reverse Grip BB Wrist Curls
to 60kg/132lbs
I wanna get back to my old numbers. 120kg/264lbs for reps and 130/286lbs for a single@Mobster you're the real deal 112.5kgs on the seated press damn!
I do these currently standing up like Shaun Clarida. For the extensor (top of the forearm). I've done over 200kg/440lbs in what was called 'table top wrist curls' (a short range movements) which was the flexor (meaty underside). I'm not that far away from 140kg/308lbs on the flexor version standingthose wrist curls are insane 132 pounds
Better reps than last time. Form could be better. I was inspired by OG Craig Monson and his 3 plates aside (286lbs - 315lbs or so)you're doing a huge guy with Skull Crushers that's crazy
can you get a picture of the Saxon bar
I like thisThursday

Both the guys let me down. Ended up getting close to 10000 steps. I was ready to take a ton of photos.I have never seen a saxon bar in person before. Probably only at hardcore gyms, lol. Let us know how the qualifier was. Sounds like something that would be super fun to attend.
@Mobster 1320lbs on the leg press come onMonday
@ Powerhouse. *Had it in mind to do 600lbs x 6 so off we went.
Hatfield Squats*
bar/20kg/44lbs x 8 reps, 100kg/220lbs x 8 reps, 200kg/440lbs x 6 reps (support belt only), 270kg/594lbs x 6 reps (belt n knee wraps) - could have done 8
Leg Press
No pad. No straps used on top weight
200kg/440lbs x 8 reps, 390kg/858lbs x 8 reps, 600kg/1320lbs x 8 reps
Lying Leg Curls
7p x 8 repsl, 11p x 8 reps, 16p x 5 reps
s/s
Leg Extensions
1/2 stack x 8 reps, stack x 8 reps, then a bit of a faff trying to do the stack 2 legs up one down (did 4 reps that way) before switching to 3/4 stack x 6 reps one leg at a time
Yeah... but I didn't load it up to the max. I've done 705kg for 8 a bunch of times on that machine and 850kg for 3 (had a big gym member on top). I have the exact same machine (brand etc) in my home gym and was doing 732kg with my pad on it to increase the range of movement. So.. 180lbs more?@Mobster 1320lbs on the leg press come onyou super BEAST
