Amazing forearms I wish I had separation and size like that in mine!
Thanks. It's years of grip work (to competition level / world records etc), specific forearm work and posing them.

I even used to think it'd pysche out my competition when i rolled up my sleeve lol

Rel simple to train, nasty meat deep burn and a hella pump. You'll hate me and love me too lol
I can't wait! I've only ever done those silly dumbbell over your knee and curl up movements. I usually expect my heavy seated rows on the row machine to take care of forearms for me. Now I wanna isolate them and have them as their own 4-5 set group.

What I find, esp with the wrist roller work is it can feel like a constant tension / time under tension deal. So, done right, 75-90 seconds of reps is BRUTAL. Done right, again, there is NO let up for the whole set. After all even when you're not flexing/contracting or stretching you're STILL gripping it

The ''joy'': Just had the police call and drop off a cease and desist notice. The UKBF (BF = border force = meaning customs) ceased a package in March (last one I had) and have literally (as worded) 'place a flag on your postcode' (meaning my street). The police part is to state that they have reviewed it and decided it's not worth prosecuting me 'it is not in the public interest'.

It's the 2nd time in 10+ years I've has this. At least this time it was a quick door step chat with a female officer who didn't seem to be overly fussed at bollocking me. Nevertheless I'd rather not have to deal with it in the first place.

The UK law is somewhat skewed when it comes to PEDs. When I previously had one of these (plus the seizure letter from customs) it was for sarms. Because it was (as we were still in the EU then) from outside the EU it was more of an issue. I told the officers that visited then (made them both a cup of tea ha ha) that I hadn't imported it (they were sent to me as a rep), nor paid for them (ditto), nor (another law) mis-used the Royal Mail. Sarms were then very much a research chemical and they'd be personal use.

It's as you say - a flag or marker against my address. I'd be less bothered by the detectives (I've had that 'pleasure' when I still worked as a civilian for the Metropolitan (London) police)

Nah. It MIGHT help that I've no criminal record and also used to work for the Met Police. I HAVE been interviewed by detectives under caution (while in uniform FFS - many years ago). Equally, as I needed one when I did voluntary youth work, I have what's called an 'enhanced DRB' meaning a deeper background/records check to work with kids. So I am, for the most part (current f'kin letter excluded) 'clean' lol

Ironically, and it's been a few years, of the two biggest 'busts, one involved Welsh police using and buying lol. The other was a lab bust.

This is exactly what I expected from you @Mobster. I straight shooter who doesn't need to be policed. Even the most jaded cop can't articulate you mean any harm so good luck trying to make anything stick with you.

Mobster I fuckin love this kind of training! Not afraid to be seen doing sets with the lighter weights (well light for you) to get the blood flow and muscle group ready for that one set of heavy duty all out fuckery!

That last set of the 3-inch wrist roller boggles my mind... FIFTEEN of those? If I did one I'd think I was the man!

I kept my phone with me one leg day and did 1000 steps in the gym. Much of that was loading and unloading

I do have a tiny bit of an advantage over the others who can do as much or more in that I train early, I'm not including random member and I can ask anyone to help (some are uncomfortable asking). I also used to publish my magazine so have an 'eye', such as it is, for how it'll look
