Approved Log My First Log - testosterone masteron anavar npp

I haven't re read it but I was referring to when I crashed my e2 a year or so ago. Thats why I'm taking aromasin much lower dosage so that doesn't happen again. Yeah I stopped the npp mate. Been 7 days now and feel 50 percent better. So that with the low dose aro seems to have done the job. Definitely a learning lesson all this and won't make the same mistake again. Love this community bruz and without talking we got no talking lol. Positive energy and friendly bantar is positive energy. Question is can I run npp in the future or not again. I'm thinking it's dosed related and possible to run npp again in future with upmost caution.

She paid me. But it's not the full story. But hey when I have time I might give you the story on this woman. 500 dollars for me and my partner for 32 hour work for us. So 64 hours total. See if i have issues with a compound mental or physical that is out of the normal for me, i drop it immediately and never pick it up again, not worth it, if you suffer on cycle you wont be at your nest or get the most out of a cycle, ive seen kt happen with guys before, they have used a compound 5 times or more and on that 6th or 7th run they cant handle it, bodies are constantly changing, sometimes you cant take a certain compound, for that reason if im really iffy or unsure i grab a short ester version of a compound, just incase i have bad sides i can drop it and not have to wait weeks for it to clear.
 
Finally feeling better. Cut npp 10 days ago. Started aromasin 14 days ago 12.5mg x3 per week. Test is still approx 400mg per week with mast e 250 PW. I'm continuing this dose and will increase soon only if everything feels in control. I think I'm ok to continue cycle of test and mast now that npp is discontinued and ai is being used. This is first time I've ever HAD to use an AI, next time I'll be able to realise 19 nor sides/high e2 much quicker.
 
I know I can't ask you to be my mother and only I can do it. But I think about all you guys like brothers. Im prone to isolating myself then it compounds over itself (negative self chatter). If I get myself to the gym and breakthrough this barrier, I do get to the other side and then I'm much more motivated because I feel better and I see the results... If yous get me.
 
If anyone is interested, if you look at the exercises I do, I'm open to someone throwing me a training plan. Ill be glad to follow a plan. I've never followed a actual plan which Includes exercises, rep ranges. Only ever followed weekly split muscle groups and that's it. This log will be 12 weeks so there's 7 or so left.

I love how honest you are with everything brother, everything on the table and I respect that a lot! There are going to be many days when your feeling flat and down bro and don’t feel like moving let alone getting in the gym and going hard. However I guarantee you one thing my friend you will never ever regret a workout. You will never leave the gym feeling regret but I also guarantee you will always regret the workouts you miss and this regret compounds with every workout you give up on doing.

Let’s set small targets here brother, day by day. Don’t worry about the work load you need to complete for your whole cycle.

Wake up each day and start with just making you bed, this sounds silly but it’s an easy achievement immediately first thing in the morning. Next concentrate on achieving your goals just for that day. Hit your meals and make sure to get your workout in.

You tick these off for the day and you have already won. You will want to do the same the following day and the positives will start to compound now and change your mentality moving forward.

Just remember, one day at a time.

Brother I'll always remember this. Thankyou. When I'm struggling to get myself to do a session I'll just remember the regret I gotta live with if I dont versus no regrets at all because I done a workout. You got amazing insight and I can see your definitely a empath.

I guess I should try find me a training partner hay. Considering I'm new to the area and don't really know anyone here. I keep to myself alot. I dunno how I'd find one. My girlfriend's FB maybe. Gumtree. at the gym I might start having a chat to some fellas now that I think about it.

I really am keen for a structured training regime. Is there a place on this forum for things like this. Maybe I could do with a personal coach online or something.... Anyone got any advice???

It’s all good brother we’re all here to support each other.

It does help having someone to train with and keep you pushing further. If you want to break the ice with a bloke at gym start with asking him for a spot on an exercise maybe? Just don’t be too disheartened if people just want to get on with their workout also though brother, some people are just time limited.

A coach can definitely help! Just make sure that whoever you work with you actually have proper contact with, over the phone or consistent emails and that you deal directly with them. You don’t want to pay money for some cookie cutter program they give to every one of their clients and pass you onto some worker they have after you pay them money.
You want them as personally invested in your goals as you should be!

Have two logs from this week I haven't yet posted I need to re write them. But things moving forward brothers. Heading to gym now.

I have 4 npp vials that I have no need for. But I do have need for some aromasin or arimidex. Even if it's just a small supply (half used I don't mind) if this suits someone let me know. I'm in aus

Hey @LevButlerov and everyone else

This log was meant to be showing the results of exoduslabs gear as he sponsored me as a logger. It sucked that I got high e2 and 19-nor sides wich was all quite new to me. But that's a learning curve. Glad I learned to always have an AI I hand even though I never needed one until now. if I turn it around 180 from here I could make this log worth myself and everyone's time. I'm always quiet hard on myself and the fact is there's standards for someone to logging themselves let alone logging for someone products. If gym x3 min x4 preferably PW until I hit 12 weeks (approx 5 left) then it still could be a good testosterone log for exodus. If I train enough, no matter what, everything else will fall into place. I don't need to be on a stack or high dose test to train, that's one of the reasons I'm on trt.

Anyway let me know what you guys think... Would you like me to continue this log untill week 12 as a way of you guys helping me transition myself into a lifestyle of training? It makes sense to not give it up I think and I know I can do better hey @Allupfromhere because stopping it would only do worse... @LevButlerov @Allupfromhere @Npcclassicphysique

5 years training experience divided by 4 stints. First cycle 21 yo. First cycle test e went great. Second added deca and Tren with high test, massive fail from sides. Third test only. Fourth test Npp Mast and it was amazing. Only One cycle last 8 years(only training last 8 years was all last year)
On trt 150mg pw started age 31
Ramped Upto 250 mg test e three weeks ago to get ready.
Cycle start next few days when pick-up order.

Test Npp Mast Var cycle proposed for 12 weeks. mast not available from supplier ATM so will be added during cycle hopefully by week 4.

Sus 250 mg/150test e weekly until Sus bottle gone then Test e 400mg pw
Npp 300 per week (increase to 400 during cycle maybe)
Mast p 300mg per week with 500 mast e. Mast p only last 3 weeks then drop.
Anavar dosage unsure- start slow see how I tolerate. Never tried, advice needed....

Aromasin 25mg e3d when I notice sides coming. Acne, oiliness maybe puffy nipples but never gets bad. have bad experience with crashing E2 from taking 25mg daily for around 3 days then it crashed hard. So I'll just use it 25mg e3day but even then I'm abit paranoid from the bad experience.

Sleeping is minimum 12 hours per day- excessive I know.
Eating is currently ok. It will increase alot as metabolism goes up with first 2 weeks.

When training I generally eat on a normal day- 185g chilli tuna in oil. 6-8 eggs boiled. 300gram steak or fish. 2 cups brown rice. 40gram protein bar or Greek yoghurt with museli and halawa. Large carrot, 3xbaby broccolini or similar vegetables per day.
40gram protein shake with low fat milk no carb. 6 Cans beer daily on average. Sugar intake is very low. Creatine will probably come in if funds allow, 2 hits per day about 5gram each. Training is always around one hour after waking up.

I know the beer alot of ppl won't like. I am open to getting better at that. Possibly changing to low carb/light beer as alternative. I will need some help with protein fat carb ratio please. Junk food is not a concern as I like eating clean.

(This is extra info so scroll past if you want)My last training stopped about 6 months ago and generally I've upped the weight during sets and stretched the time between sets. I'm looking for better results and thinking of starting heaviest then reducing and going to failure more often. Or at least keeping the weight the same for each exercise. The training plans below I think the volume is abit much for what I am motivated to do but in a ideal world this is the volume I believe I can achieve and would like to. I am not happy with tricep development in previous training and need some help with that. I think I've focused to much on heavy lifting strength based training. I guess alot of time around the Howlett boys in the past have resulted in this. Or trying to incorporate strength and hypertrophy into one session. My goal is muscle hypertrophy /mass-Bulking I guess. But not sickening bulking. Considering I'm just restarting and that my muscles are back to nothing. I was told that maybe my goal is recomposition? I dunno the exact definition of that term. If somebody has a training plan that they think may help, let me know.
Favourite excecises are flat bench, dumbbell press flat and incl. Wolverine cable press. Bent over row. Chainsaws. Horizontal lat pulls wide and narrow.pullups. skulls crushers ez curl. Dips. Close grip bench. Cable tri excecises. I don't do many isolated movements but I probably should? Rep.numbers 8-16 mainly


Training plans are just a idea but I'm open to help and advice.

Chest 3/4 excecises 14 working sets/tris 3/4 excecises 14 working sets

Tuesday back bis
Repeat for Back bis 14 working sets/bis 14 working sets (I will alternate/switch these around weekly so back bis start the week 50% of the time.)

Thursday
Legs abs shoulders delts traps
Legs 10 working sets 5 leg press 5 something else. absx6 sets
shoulders, delts, traps. 3 parts=3 exercises 4 sets per part.
22 total

Friday or Saturday
Chest/back X2 exercises bis/tri X2 exercises 3 sets per.
total of 12 supersets
My training is around 50/60% free weights.

I would definitely get your body fat way down before you even think of a cycle on top of drinking and being on suboxone, sounds like you need to get alot of things in check before even considering that type of cycle. I'm not being an ass, just being real
