Hey fam plessure to be a part of the community!
So I Started training at the start of march 2024 just under 60kgs after a few years off all up this will be my 3rd membership I have about 20 months worth of experience all up so still a beginner... this time is a lot different for me I absolutely love training and can't imagine life with out it no that's a little bit about me I will attach a bunch of photos of what I've been doing from cycle to supplements.. the only thing that won't be accurate in the photos is the PCT part and training has been mixed up a bit aswell but yeah instead of doing a pct I'm just doing a trt cruise cycle for 12weeks them jumping back on the cycle from the start.

Probably would have opted for more natty experience and gains before jumping on.

You've put on some weight no doubt, but without a solid base the shape an proportions just aren't there.

I'd dial it right back and correct it before you get too disproportionate.

For your stats I rekn nearly 4000cal is probably abit more than you need.
For the inches you gained elsewhere at the cost of the midsection blowout, imo not a good trade off.

Could use a few adjustments on your programming.
I don't see a leg day?

Deadlifts should be legs not back.

Shrugs and upright rows from shoulders to back.
I'd get a pull up variation in there.

Couple of exercises doubled up, 2x hammer curls 2x chest flies I can't remember what else.

Get your program a little better balanced.

250mg test and 3000-3200 cal max.

Go back to basics and build a foundation for at least 12-24 months before you cycle again.

The last 2 times I had engaged in training was completely natty I just plateau very quickly I think due to very low natural test levels... I've always been tiny no body hair can't grow a beard for the life of me but I am picking up what your putting down and will just continue on the cruise of 250mg for the foreseeable future until I gain that good foundation to build on when I do up it all... There is leg day legs are Monday I left that picture out my apologies I replied to the thread with the photo with the leg day attached... although most of the training has been mixed up a fair bit I've been following more of sam sulek sessions lately so I think the training pics are pretty outdated at this point i just wanted to get this log up will update it with new regimes as I go

My new leg session is as follows

4x Hamstring curls 8-10 reps till failure
***Last set single leg 5&5 till failure
2x Leg extensions 5&5 till failure
2x smith's squats 6-8 reps
4x Leg press 6-8 reps last 2 lower weight

No worries bro.

I know where you're coming from.

I wasn't 60kg soaking wet before I started lifting.
Looked much the same as your before pic.
And I was hard gainer.

Took years to build a bit of shape and size.

You'll get there, just don't try to rush the process, this a long game.

Just keep stacking up the small wins.

Yeah wow nice work brother your a fkn beast now 💪🏽

Will take it easy and be patient brother you clearly know what your talking about and this is exactly what I'm here for to be corrected and get a bit of guidance as I'm no professional 🙏
 
So should I drop the mast-e ? And would it be beneficial to run some HGH or no just stick to Straight trt 250mg test only a week ?

Mast would be my only other choice long term alongside test.

It'll keep you somewhat dry, and help prevent gyno, if you aromatize high.

It also lowers SHBG so you'll have higher free Test.

No reason you can't run both of these year round at sensible doses. Maybe get some bloods and determine exactly how you respond.

I cruise on 300/100-200 test mast.
That gets me about 32 Total and 1100 free.

I wouldn't run GH for the same reason I wouldn't blast again until you have a stronger base, you'll grow disproportionately.

P.s I'll get some bloods done in 4 weeks or so I'll drop the hgh off let my body sort of adjust to all that to get a more accurate result

@UrWydEyedM8 welcome to the BIG EVO family :) you've made some amazing progress already. Congratulations.
You looks great, big muscle gains and much thicker, impressive body for sure.

A few things to start.

Images
The images with your training etc that are text
please copy and paste the text directly for the NOTE app you're using
its very hard to read those images for most people

Cycle
I think Test+dbol is your path this whole cycle
I would not swap to "bulk" or any other product
testosterone + masteron + dbol is your perfect stack for your frame

please keep sharing and add more details, EVO family is here for you always :)
