I updated yesterday’s one a bit late . If enyered it in but forgot to press the post reply button , so when I went to post the push workout , they went in one. After the other .
The second one is 24 hours later .
To simplify things for you , every morning I do a 1 hour faster cardio session at 6 am .
The same day I will do a weight session amd add some cardio at 6 pm . 12 hours in between each session .

Today was a very good work out .
I drank a can of no sugar red bull , first bit of caffeine in a while .
Vomited half of it out ….. haha .
24 hour fast . How’s that !!!!

Meal was a 250 gram burger patty , 2 pieces of salmon belly that ate almost pure fat . So rich .
A 4 egg omelette that included 100 grams of beef and fat . All on the bbq as usual .

does eating fruit also make you sick or is it just fiber supplements
 
if you're not going to take fiber supplements and you definitely need more fruits and veggies

I’ve become addicted to it .
I find my self doing the math of how many hours between meals and training sessions now so that I can be in a fasted state as often as possible .
Yesterday was a 24 hour fast , put 2 workouts In during that time .
I’ve got all my water and green tea ready and some salts ready to go , going for another 24 hour fast today .

Did my leg session at 6 pm . Lots of cardio today .
I think I’ll start with 20 mins cardio before weights from now on . I like it

After those sissy squats my legs were spent .
Had wobbly jelly legs .

I wasted some time after the work out so that is complete 24 hours of fasting .

Ate a 250 gram steak , about 200 grams of mixed organ meat .
Some butter .
And some green pepper corns . That was nice. .
Sipping on water now and will hit the sack soon

Bring on tommorow .

I had a shot of black coffee with a quarter teaspoon of Pink salt . Feels like I get more out of my cardio session that way . Normally it takes me about half an hour to start sweating like crazy during cardio …… with the caffeine it’s almost as soon as I begin .
I’m kind of glad I got off pre workouts and caffiene in general. Now when I have a tiny bit it actually works

Carnivore is pretty high in fats generally and butter isn't too good for cholesterol.
Espically with the gear you are taking I would love to see a BP reading or add in some telmisartin.

thats perfect but add some electrolytes total not just the salt, potassium and light magnesium @Dirt

Funny thing about the carnivore diet ……. Telemasartin is frowned upon . Carnivores are just as cultish as vegans .

Correct . One spoon of honey would ruin my effort lol .
Energy is very good at the moment though so I’m alright . The coffee is just a little boost .
And I’m glad I didn’t use it as a crutch before because the little bit I’m having now is doing wonders .
 
What are your goals? Short term and longterm?
Right now bro ? Just to shed fat . Long term ….. I’ve never really been much of a planner .
If like to go down to 100 kg . I’m currently a part of a 12 week competition, 5 weeks in . I know I won’t win , but it’s given me 12 weeks to really push it and see what I can achieve when I have the motivation of competing against others .
I’m very limited by diet . Putting on muscle from now on is going to be tuff. So it’s very important for me that I don’t lose what I already have .

Didn’t want to risk shitting my self in public by accident ( I normally only do it on purpose )
So I stayed home .
Kept to my diet . Had a lot of chicken stock .
Drank a lot of no sugar cordial .
Ate a lot of lamb actually instead of beef . Back to beef today .

I think with your carnivore direction you can guide a lot of guys on a similar diet btw

I’ve noticed when I have the beef , I’m able to pull a 24 hour fast easily . It has to have fat with it though .
Lamb seems to digest faster , and I’m left hungrier during the day by around lunchtime .
I have no bloat .
I feel lighter , protien digests at nearly 100 percent , so you’re just pooping excess fat .
As long as fats are high enough , lack of fibre is not an issue at all. I was very very surprised at this as we are all taught how important fibre is .
I’d really like to get some bloods done in this diet , especially with steroid use.
Another thing . I’m using hgh . This has been a big big help.
Some fellow Muslim lifters have told me there secret to fasting and lifting during Ramadan was hgh .
It feeds off your fat reserves and keeps you energised .
After being able to pull off 2 workouts during 24 hour fasting phases , I get it .
It really does keep you pepped up .
I’m also surprised that my strength continues to rise .
I have my days where I feel off …… it happens , but the general trend has been upwards .
I used to lift heavy years ago so some of this is probably muscle memory.
By the way ….. for the people that laugh at me lifting light …… I could probably tip your shitty car over with you in it if I wanted to .

carnivore is the way for many, I think 70% of guys would benefit from straight carnivore imo @Dirt

for you, lamp might be easier as you have the proper gut bacteria, also get fatty lamp and see if its the same as fatty beef :)

I’ve always preferred lamb , I think maybe a mix of both is optimal .
That and also some fish .

Ended up doing a 25 hour fast .
Had a steak , 4 chicken wings , half a lamb heart , and 3 lamb kidneys and some salmon belly .with butter in the side as always .
Spoke to my doctor today . He wants to have a look at my bloods , he’s interested in my cholesterol.
He’s amazed that this diet has helped with my symptoms , we actually had a laugh because last we spoke he could barely understand what I was saying because I couldn’t stop hiccuping amd vomiting .
I like this doctor , he’s willing to let me try different things and has supported me in all my trails as this is also a learning experience for him .
Sometimes the medical books just don’t have the answers and anecdotal incidents can put them on a lead .hes trying to see and figure out why fibre and carbs make me sick the way they do , he doesn’t even charge me the fee to see him .
I think I found a good doctor finally .
It was a good productive day .
I’m in a very good mood .would be good to feel like this all the time . Can’t wait for tomorrow.

People at work have really started to notice and a trend of fasting has started here . I’m the only male here it’s mostly mid aged women who are on the heavy side ……… I’m loving this .

Lethargy set in today , seems to happen every week as I get closer to the weekend .thats fair enough though . I’ll have a rest tommorow.

I had to eat something before I went to the gym today , I was getting naughtous after work .
Sat down after I ate and fell asleep for an hour .
Woke up and went to gym .got the job done .
Started off with 20 mins cardio .

I know that some basketball players who are Muslim will not eat or drink during the day and then have a small snack before the game once it's dark

Problem with us Muslims in Ramadan….. we fearst on the wrong foods .
Fasting is definitely a weapon , but you still need to eat right . In my culture , we eat way too many carbs in Ramadan. Then you look at everyone’s face and they look like they going to die

I’ve even advised people who take oral steroids to suppliment with activated charcoal to ease stomach issues

Yeah that is could understand fruit, it made me cringe seeing someone do all that cardio and then stuff up on pizza after.
 
I need to find a gym that does this. I would carb deplete every week and refeed on the pizza.
Lmfao pre covid planet fitness did it consistently week after week, no joke I'd be working out and see 10+ boxs of pizza being dropped off and opened on a table by the front desk and doors, that's how it got the nick name pizza planet lol.

Felt amazing today .
Did have a point of time during the day where I felt drained . But I ignored and powered through the day .
Ended up doing a 25 hour fast .
Had a steak , 4 chicken wings , half a lamb heart , and 3 lamb kidneys and some salmon belly .with butter in the side as always .
Spoke to my doctor today . He wants to have a look at my bloods , he’s interested in my cholesterol.
He’s amazed that this diet has helped with my symptoms , we actually had a laugh because last we spoke he could barely understand what I was saying because I couldn’t stop hiccuping amd vomiting .
I like this doctor , he’s willing to let me try different things and has supported me in all my trails as this is also a learning experience for him .
Sometimes the medical books just don’t have the answers and anecdotal incidents can put them on a lead .hes trying to see and figure out why fibre and carbs make me sick the way they do , he doesn’t even charge me the fee to see him .
I think I found a good doctor finally .
It was a good productive day .
I’m in a very good mood .would be good to feel like this all the time . Can’t wait for tomorrow.

I still don’t have access to scales , only at work , and it’s in my full uniform including boots and gear I’ve ever tried .
However , my body is changing . More loose skin , more definition in shoulders and forearms etc.
I can even see a couple veins in my bicept
