Approved Log My ongoing transformation log

I still don’t have access to scales , only at work , and it’s in my full uniform including boots and gear I’ve ever tried .
However , my body is changing . More loose skin , more definition in shoulders and forearms etc.
I can even see a couple veins in my bicept

on the weight, always just weigh yourself at work with full dress and use that as a basis day to day imo

Need to find a way to ease the pain I get in my right elbow . I believe it’s tennis elbow .
Any advice would be appreciated.
Certain exercises I just can’t perform cause of the pain in that position .
Hammer curls are a no go .

Felt very tired yesterday and today , I’m wondering if my food intake is too low .
So I had a 500 gram steak today . 2 eggs . A chunk of aged cheddar and some butter .

I’ve been getting carpel tunnel at night . Nothing too serious . But it’s there . I’m retaining some water . I’m assuming from my high salt intake and my dosage of hgh .
Thinking to lower it back to 2 iu pre fasted cardio for the next few weeks .

It’s lean , not as gamey as you’d think , I slice the heart into miniature steaks .
For a muscle that never stops ……it’s not so tough surprisingly .
If it was chopped up and put in a meal you wouldn’t know it was heart . You’d assume it was just meat .
if you doing all carnivore you want more fatty lamps/beef in the future @Dirt

With the leaner cuts , I always have some butter alongside .
I prefer beef fat as it seems ti be more nutritional but sometimes we can’t always have what we want .
Weighed yesterday , but I think the scale is broken , said 123.6 kg .
Few weeks back it was 118 .
Unless I’m holding water from the salt and the hgh

Did some light work today , mainly just to work on some exercises I learnt to help with the tennis elbow .
Also did some light side laterals cause the gym was empty so I wanted to flex in front of the Mirror . Was fun
 
Prepped some beef today . Bought a 6.5 kg whole rump and sliced it up. Weighed each portion and marked the bag . Will help track what I’m eating
I’m getting better at slicing , I removed the bits that I couldn’t digest and would often regurgitate them back out a while after eating . Removed any silver skin .
Have a heap of trimmings that I will render down into tallow , and lots of fatty beef chopped up . Also chopped up a liver and bagged into 100 gram portions .
Just need some mince meat now and I’m set for the month .

This morning did 1 hour cardio , more of those light exercises for the tennis elbow . It seems to be working really well and I can barely feel pain in that elbow now . Thanks to @Trumpy McTrumpface for the advice and tutorials he provided me with to help fix this .
I reckon yiu guys should hit him up for all your niggles and pains

Also did various light exercises quickly as a form of cardio , jumping from cable to cable ,machine to machine , keeping my heart rate up.
Never been early Sunday morning there before .
Took advantage of the mirrors to admire my progress haha

Bro I was at a big family gathering in a restaurant today , I was preaching the whole fast thing .
Told them I’ve become obsessed with the whole diet and training game .
I knew the big meal was coming so worked even harder last 2 training session ,last night and this morning .
Both were 3 hour line sessions that included lots of cardio and light weight routines done in a manner kept my heart rate up .
Runnnibf from machine to machine .
Etc .

Did I hour fasted cardio at 6 am plus half an hour of various upper body lightweight exercises .
Was done at a fast pace to keep heart rate up .
I think I like doing these light exercises in this manner really gets the heart pumping and I think I could plan out a set routine and make it even more fast paced .
Like a circuit , have a timer going and try to finish faster every time .obvisky the weights would be lifted in a controlled and safe manner , it’s the rest and moving between sets that you could shorten , and jogging instead of waking etc
Too bad it’s rare that I have more than 1 hour in the morning .

Started todays push session at 6 pm . Did the carrion warm up, did a good set of 5ending with a very easy 12 reps of 100 kg . I was disappointed at how easy Int was .
next was assisted dips .broke my shoe and the smoke came off as I was walking towards it .
Put the shoes in my locker .go down a level in weight . First set is easy .nice. 1 minute rest . Next set third dip bang . I broke a bolt that holds up seat
I fell off every one looked at me and the lunl alarm went off.
Slid bolt back in and started again . Did the set ,my phone slid off the top panel of the machine ,it’s actually a spit designed specifically for phones keys and water bottle. My phone apparently has a feature where it can do a back flip on its own and fly off the machine hitting the floor hard .

Phone stopped working . That’s why today no workout app .

Walked over to shoulder press seated machine . Did a warm up . Still clicking phone on and off to see if any life nothing.
Another set .asked front desk to try charging my phone
Final set , got to for and remembered my wife . Dropped the handles ram to the desk to check .
Nope not working . Guy said what’s wrong As phone run out to the car I said if am angry Lebanese women comes in looking for me , they’d my wife .
My wife has me on an app and checks my location regularly.
If I disappear online ,she goes for my stash of gear or my fishing rods .
She tried stabbing me a couple times too .
She hates it when I don’t answer the phone ,she thinks I’m up to something
Got home ,thank fuckshr hadn’t realised , told her the story …… and hell broke loose .
she’s been knocking me back for sex as she needs a couple days to heal after icicle her , broke the bed last week so we been floor fucking , even more brutal then before .
So most the week I got sex on the brain and frustration from not having release , she says I’m being toxic and aggressive.
She even said at one point that’s she hates when I’m confident in front of people . She denies she said it but she fucken did .
apparently I spend too much time in the gym . At the time I’m at gym ,she’s asleep tired on one of the coaches .I refuse to put my bum on the coach before 10 pm .
Why ? Why the fuck should I just sit on a couch .as for the morning , she leaves for work 10 mins before me . I go for an hour and then pack for the kids and scho, drop them off and go to work.
One of her brothers had stated taking steroids, we were talking about it for a while , she didn’t like that . So we have one thing in common . Told her I’ll go back to being the rude guy that don’t talk to her brothers at gatherings ..told her I understand and I’m sorry for taking time away from you and your brothers time that you spend together . Forgot that I’m just the outsider .
This is gonna cost them . One of those moments I can point later and say that’s why .
IM not angry . I’m happy . I didn’t realise I was being rude by involving my self I’m there family stuff.

Any how, thank you to @WildcatLabs for his mani mini sponsorship the last few weeks .
I was using his test e , mast e and tren e for the last 5 weeks . He also sent me a box of high I’ve put these compounds to good use I think , and the tren is starting to do a number on my mental state .as you can see from this post . I was taking 500 test e , 400mast e and 200 tren e .
The last week had been fucked up.
I’m making some very stupid decisions because sex is once more clouding my judgment .
If I continue the tren this log will turn into something this forum hasn’t witnessed yet .
Story time with tigar is almost ready to start up again . And that always ends up relay really bad .
So . Thank yo wild cat.

I have some bloods done , already have the cholesterol and kidneys etc , cholesterol only slightly elevated, not bad for high fat diet while taking tren …. My body is fucken weird . Androgens still haven’t come back yet. I’ve never had mine looked at . Doctor is in for a shock .
Or maybe not . I think he’s highly suspects I am taking , he knows I have in the past .


Anyway , doses are to be lowered now .
This was just a little change of pace for a few weeks .
I’m temporarily using a shortly old phone that takes really bad photos . Screen is too small and frustrating for my hands so I’ll only post on it when I’m angry .
And I’m always angry .
This is your fault @WildcatLabs your the one who gave me the tren I’ve been so well behaved for the last year or so
I won’t be talking about my sexcapades here .
Hopefully it’s only a day or 2 without the other phone . And hopefully by the end of the week the tren haze is gone .

I’m gonna come back and read it in few weeks

I had a similar experience with my deca not wanting sex all the time (that's normal 🤣) but getting angry etc at stuff that's trivial and my poor wife having to deal.
Luckily she understands as I've had this talk with her about what different compounds do mentally.

Luckily I can somehow work through it by understanding that it's just the hormones doing it.

Always good to have someone to talk to about your gear like her brother now. That's always fun.

Started todays push session at 6 pm . Did the carrion warm up, did a good set of 5ending with a very easy 12 reps of 100 kg . I was disappointed at how easy Int was .
next was assisted dips .broke my shoe and the smoke came off as I was walking towards it .
Put the shoes in my locker .go down a level in weight . First set is easy .nice. 1 minute rest . Next set third dip bang . I broke a bolt that holds up seat
I fell off every one looked at me and the lunl alarm went off.
Slid bolt back in and started again . Did the set ,my phone slid off the top panel of the machine ,it’s actually a spit designed specifically for phones keys and water bottle. My phone apparently has a feature where it can do a back flip on its own and fly off the machine hitting the floor hard .

Phone stopped working . That’s why today no workout app .

Walked over to shoulder press seated machine . Did a warm up . Still clicking phone on and off to see if any life nothing.
Another set .asked front desk to try charging my phone
Final set , got to for and remembered my wife . Dropped the handles ram to the desk to check .
Nope not working . Guy said what’s wrong As phone run out to the car I said if am angry Lebanese women comes in looking for me , they’d my wife .
My wife has me on an app and checks my location regularly.
If I disappear online ,she goes for my stash of gear or my fishing rods .
She tried stabbing me a couple times too .
She hates it when I don’t answer the phone ,she thinks I’m up to something
Got home ,thank fuckshr hadn’t realised , told her the story …… and hell broke loose .
she’s been knocking me back for sex as she needs a couple days to heal after icicle her , broke the bed last week so we been floor fucking , even more brutal then before .
So most the week I got sex on the brain and frustration from not having release , she says I’m being toxic and aggressive.
She even said at one point that’s she hates when I’m confident in front of people . She denies she said it but she fucken did .

Why ? Why the fuck should I just sit on a couch .as for the morning , she leaves for work 10 mins before me . I go for an hour and then pack for the kids and scho, drop them off and go to work.
One of her brothers had stated taking steroids, we were talking about it for a while , she didn’t like that . So we have one thing in common . Told her I’ll go back to being the rude guy that don’t talk to her brothers at gatherings ..told her I understand and I’m sorry for taking time away from you and your brothers time that you spend together . Forgot that I’m just the outsider .
This is gonna cost them . One of those moments I can point later and say that’s why .
IM not angry . I’m happy . I didn’t realise I was being rude by involving my self I’m there family stuff.

Prepped some beef today . Bought a 6.5 kg whole rump and sliced it up. Weighed each portion and marked the bag . Will help track what I’m eating
I’m getting better at slicing , I removed the bits that I couldn’t digest and would often regurgitate them back out a while after eating . Removed any silver skin .
Have a heap of trimmings that I will render down into tallow , and lots of fatty beef chopped up . Also chopped up a liver and bagged into 100 gram portions .
Just need some mince meat now and I’m set for the month .

We been married 21 years now bro .
I’ve left a few times . So had she . But we both really don’t have anywhere else but each other .

Did I hour fasted cardio at 6 am plus half an hour of various upper body lightweight exercises .
Was done at a fast pace to keep heart rate up .
I think I like doing these light exercises in this manner really gets the heart pumping and I think I could plan out a set routine and make it even more fast paced .

Thanks guys for the tren advice , I am well aware of tren and it’s nasty habit of breaking relationships.
Plan was for 6 weeks only . As that is pretty much when the enanthate ester is at its peak and generally most people are already at wits end on any cycle by week 6 .
I stopped the tren last week Thursday .exactly as I anticipated that around the time I was in full tren haze .
It’s actually affected my appetite as well , I’m about to eat but I could easily just have a few bites then head off to bed .

The new phone I have to replace the one that broke yesterday alarm wasn’t set so I woke half hour later than I should and missed the opportunity.

It’s 285 gram of rump steak , they are small end pieces that had beautiful marbling and I couldn’t bring my self to chop them up .so let’s call them mini steaks 1 egg also . Would have like a second one .
I ate today at 10 am …..
100 gram of beef shawarma that I had marinated and grilled a couple days ago . It’s very lean so had to eat it with 30 grams of butter lunch
Would you guys like me to start adding the calories ? I’ve started writing them down for my own record to see what are the limits to what I can tolerate.
How low can I go ……. I’ve been told with carnivore you don’t count calories .
You eat till full.
But I want to really push the next few weeks .

Super high fat diet …… I eat slices of butter . I fry eggs in beef fat , and I drizzle my fatty steak in ghee…… I’ve stopped the tren , and lowered doses , but while I was at the peak of my doses , I had a blood test . Doctor was interested in my liver and kidney values .

Super high fat diet …… I eat slices of butter . I fry eggs in beef fat , and I drizzle my fatty steak in ghee…… I’ve stopped the tren , and lowered doses , but while I was at the peak of my doses , I had a blood test . Doctor was interested in my liver and kidney values .
You’d assume the worst right ?

I’ve watched a lot of videos on carnivore diet , they going on about how it’s the best thing ever , and they can actually get a bit extreme in there views on health etc , a lot of conspiracy theories etc , but more and more I’m finding this type of lifestyle is working for me .
@Dirt I think the carnivore diet is perfect for many guys, and you're a good example man :) big changes in your bloods and the way you look too
 
the odd thing is in blue zones people eat a carb heavy diet, these people live the longest in the world.

the rest of their diet is fats and very little protein.

in your case you are consuming healthy and natural fats. it doesn't defy logic at all. a natural diet is the way to go.

The blue zones eat a lot of fish too I believe . And what I noticed is when they deviate from there traditional diet and start getting into the western food , they rapidly decline in health
