Libido is through the roof at the moment .
It’s messing with my mind and creating problems at home .
Can’t even have a conversation at the moment .
Had this under control with masterin before but now with this trail of just test and dbol from exodus labs the creep in me has been unleashed .
Might end up adding back masteron if this continues as for some reason it helps me control my thoughts more .

It's not fun when evey second you're awake your thinking of jumping anything with two feet and a heart beat!

I've only ever used it in the evening, and get very impressive sleep!
I found majority of clients have an issue with using AM hgh due to "feeling sleepy" fyi @juddy
I mainly have them use it pre-bed these days, unless they prep for a show.
@AE1079 can comment with his views as well as he trains a lot of guys in AU

I've only ever used it in the evening, and get very impressive sleep!
I find anything more then 2IUs will make you way to sleepy, during the day. I have tried 3IU in the mornings and can tell you I was ready for bed. You want to have 1.5IU-2IU in the morning, that’s your capped out dosage for maximum fat loss using gh in that regard. Utilise gh more at night time, all the benefits associated with GH shine through here in plain terms.

Hello for those who don’t know me .
Been advised to make a log here .
I’m 41 years of age .
Over the last 10 years I got super unwell , it all started when I didn’t shit for 2 weeks and had to undergo surgery and had a piece of broken intestine removed . Took me a long time to heal as I was constantly sick and developed sever gut reactions to all sorts of foods .
The weight started piling on from inactivity.
Eventually I joined a gym and started strength training , and I enjoyed it. Got the weight under control again for a few years .
I had sleep apnea and didn’t treat it , eventually the weight came back with a vengeance. By now if started using steroids .
Years passed by , I never really gave a shit .
Untill I got to 143 kg .

That’s me at my biggest . 143 kg . I was super strong though so the ego lifting was blinding me .
I could barely even wipe my ass .

I started focusing on weight loss , my gut issues severely limit my choices .
About 6 months ago I purchased a cpap machine and for some reason the fat started melting off.
I didn’t change much diet wise , or training wise , just the fact that I’m getting proper sleep has unlocked a door that seems to have been locked .

This is last week .
I’m under 120 kg . Haven’t weighed my self in a while and don’t have a scale .

Currently doing a push pull legs routine , with 2 dedicated cardio days a week .
Before each weight session I do 10 mins cardio .
And 20 mins cardio after wards .
Currently only eating 1 meal a day .
200 grams chiken breast with 3/4 cup of cooked rice .

I have 4 litres of water at least a day .
Weekends I’ll have a proper meal with the family but I try keep carbs to a minimum .
Meal is eaten 2 hours before I go gym .
After gym I’ll have some sort of light protien .
My gut issues are very sever so I’m very limited in the quantity of food I can eat .
I vomit after every thing I eat , hiccup all day .
I eat half a grape fruit during the day and I’ll have a cup of maggi chicken stock .
The cup of stock is 6 calories , just over 400 mg salt .
If you’re trying to diet and you feel hungry and don’t have calories left …… the stock is a good trick .
I realise logs here are very detailed so hit me up with any questions,
Especially about my gut issues .it severely limits me food wise , I try avoiding fats and keep carbs to a minimum or I have a very bad day .
I train with my 14 year old daughter so my training will also include her .
She’s tough as nails though and can handle a proper workout.

It does make me sleepy for the rest of the morning .ive had times where I could barely keep my eyes open getting back home after gym .
try doing 1IU of hgh AM or switching it to prebed hgh @Dirt

guys who are heavier might get way different response
I'm talking about making the hgh kick in quicker for fat loss during fasted cardio. Most would need to do sub q 3 to 4 hours before faster cardio to get the full effect of HGH for fatloss compared to 1 hour IM injection of HGH

but many guys feel sleepy, fat loss or not, I've had guys I'm helping who literally fall asleep or get crazy sluggish on 2 IUs am, as you can see @Dirt is one of them
I think body composition could be a factor or could be receptor sensitivity.

try 1 IU am with a decent green tea see how you feel, not sure if you can do energy drinks but consider it sugar free @Dirt

I’ve had a very busy schedule , and I think all the dieting and training twice a day, etc plus constant arguments etc just wore me down a bit . I feel like I’m getting my mojo back though .
Maybe I just needed time to gather my thoughts a bit .

how much food you eating? maybe your intake is low
 
I think it is low . I keep it low because that way I don’t get those gut issues .
It’s like a double edged sword

I mean , common sense prevails , obviously I shouldn’t over eat , but since I’m only getting 2 meals a day at the moment , one being a small meal , my main meal should be a full meal that nourishes throughout the next day .

Perhaps ask the wife for a sit down one day soon, then during this sit down explain how the gym makes you feel as a man. Than ask her how she can assist you in finding more time for her as well as other things.

Stressing to her calmly will show you care in a level that's different then just everyday small chats. After this meeting tell you want to sit down again in 2 weeks and see of things have changed and refocus the direction again...

This might sound cheesy but I've always found when doing something to this effect helps allot.

Not cheesy at all, never truer words spoken actually. Communication is definitely the major player when we trying to achieve something that is self focused. Keeping our partners directly involved in our train of thought and including them in that process shows that they haven’t been forgotten or set to the side. Taking the time to sit down with them and have those conversations to address they way they feel too definitely shows that their feelings and there value to us is just as important in our lives as the goals we are trying to achieve. There is so much pressure on blokes these days mate, earning good money to provide a good life for the family but also needing to be home and present enough in our role a fathers and husbands but having the demand from working big hours to do all this. Then still trying to find time to work on ourselves and be the best version we can be to help us mentally and physically achieve all of this. It’s a hard game brother but you got this, you seem a super committed individual so just keep grinding bro with your chin up, sit down with her have the conversation that need to be had for the both of you. if you train that much and have an active lifestyle forget counting calories, start just eating meat until you feel full, fatty meat :D

Addiction.
Let’s be honest .

I’ve been doing cardio in the morning and weights in the evening .
On weekends I’ve been doing up to 3 hour training sessions sometimes.
I try to do 5 days a week . But it started creeping into 7
I get the addiction. I used have an alchohol problem. Been about 6 years now without.
As others have suggested I think your overtraining. I’m seeing way too many sets on some of your days. Start to focus more on the process then just the actual training. It’s not beneficial to overtrain. It’s actually a detriment as you seem to be experiencing.

You're likely not pushing yourself hard enough when you're in the gym. I push myself so hard I literally look forward to my days off from the gym. I'm always sore.

You will never see me or my wife overtrain. It's quality over quantity.
So basically using the gym 2 to 3 x per week is best ie.. heavy training

I def agree but as you know, overtraining is real. There is more to this lifestyle than slamming iron. The planning and execution of diet and meal prep and rest and recovery is also part of the process and is just as important. No reason to be in the gym more than 1-130 including cardio and 0 reason to train 7 days a week.

That’s why I admit it’s addiction on my part , I get carried away and lose my self and Amy sense of time .

Also , strange as it may sound , it takes me about half an hour to 40 minutes of training before “ the switch “ kicks in and beast mode activates
I feel that the first part of my training sessions are just a warm up .

Any idea how I can turn that switch on from the moment I step into the gym ? With out resorting to methyltren 😂

I took tonight off . Did some gardening , cooked a meal for the family ( pistachio cream chicken curry ) fuck it was so good .
It wasn’t carnivore but it was keto .
No guy problems. Nice change .
Put together a dresser for my daughter , ended up working around the house till 12:30 am .
Time flies .i feel like going fasted cardio tomorrow morning.
Had my shot of exodus test e .
Had 3 iu of hgh .
Trying out a new cpap mask tonight , this one is nasel . Would like to see if it helps me sleep better or worse .

Most keto food is carnivore-like so no problem, still low inflammatory response

You don't always need heavy training, you risk injuries and over time long term body breakdown as you age, you need a mixture of power building with moderate weight that is comfortable yet challenging for you that you can lift with excellent form for hypertrophy training purposes, it should be done in blocks, example 3 weeks power building 3 weeks hypertrophy training or a block that incorporates both for progressive overload.

Today I did a lot of light warm up movements before I did the shoulder over head ……. Was focus on this push session was shoulders .
Got busy talking to these girls and it wasted too much time .
Nothing sleazy , just they used to go same gun as me before and they remembered me being way bigger .
Chatted about training etc and convicted them to make goals , both Food wise and training wise .
They going on about wanting to get stronger .
So I added 2 plates to their bar and told them there . Lift .
Haha
 
Most important part was a big bowl of Mongolian beef and rice . .
That’s when I got to 143 kg . The very first photo in this log .
I was so strong , but so unhealthy .
A big belly helps you squat so much more weight
I like the Mongolian beef rice and broccoli
Yea being big you can lift heavy but that weight isn’t good for health
You’re improving yourself now, so things are getting better
