I am already at week 8 of my second cycle.
First 7 week I did 400 sus 200 deca. Added mast on week 7 and up the other doses to 500 sus and 300 deca.
I am currently eating
Breakfast - 70g rice flower 30g no sugar peanut butter 100g banana 35g protein shake

Break1- 50 g rice cakes 10g peanut butter 1protein shake

Meal 1- 200 chicken 120g uncooked white rice

Break 2 - 50g rice cakes 10g peanut butter 1 protein shake

Meal 2 - 200g chicken 120g uncooked white rice

Protein shake before bed.

This is my whole day of eating.

Cycle looks fine, sust, deca and mast will all drive size, but how about ais and ancillaries?

but your diet setup is what’s holding you back. Living on chicken, rice, shakes and peanut butter every day leaves no balance, so you either blow up soft or cut down and flatten out. Add clean fats from eggs, salmon or olive oil and get vegetables in to help with digestion and fullness, that’s where the real difference will come from. At 86kg you’ve built a base, now log it properly so you can track changes week by week and actually see what’s working. :D

I will add eggs then . I do have 30g of olive oil already in my diet and I do eat greens! As supps I do take tudca zinc milk thistle magnesium nac creatine and fish oil
You need to start taking digestive supps ed, probiotics digestive enzymes psyllium :D @_a_volte_5

chicken and rice is a simple bodybuilder meal. but need to add the green veggies too. spinach or asparagus are really good! @_a_volte_5

I know I do really struggle with my greens but I do eat some mixed green here and there even if it’s not every day and I do take some green powder supps and fibers. I will force myself to add spinach to at least two of my three meals since are the ones I dislike the least while keeping the green supps powder up as well!

It's really hard to gauge what exactly you were feeling: what were you running? what dose? Have you made any changes? Have you had bloods done? Can 💯 agree testing on @UGL OZ products inclusive of bloods being done
I ran literally ran peds for 10 plus years and the quality of ugl is hands down the most impressive thus far inclusive of the peds around back then..
second cycle looks good like aj has stated guess work means nothing bloods are the proof get bloods done consistently and stay ontop no point guessing about your bloods if you can measure foods and track training you can do bloods.

Keep up good work brother and 💯 focus 💪💪
 
Hey guys , upped my diet to 3400 calories a days with the basic 40:40:20,
Breakfast: 200ml white eggs 3 whole eggs
Pre workout- 70g rice flour, 15 g peanut butter no sugar, 40g protein powder
After workout: 100g banana, 30g protein powder, 10g peanut butter no sugar
Meal 1: 150 uncooked chicken breast, 120 uncooked white rice
Meal 2- 140 plain tuna
Break - protein shake 35 g powder
Meal 3- 150g chicken breast 120white rice
Also added spinach or greens to two of my three main meals.
I will upload pictures as soon as I see it worthy but weight is up by 1.5 kg body fat down from 21 to 18 ish.

If anyone has any tip on how can I get rid of my acne before I jump on acutene would be nice. My acne wasn’t bad, didn’t get any during my first cicle, my skin was Chrystal clear. Then when I hopped off the acne came and never left, it wasn’t bad tho , just a bit on my back and shoulders but nothing crazy . Then I got an appointment with the dermatologist and I got put on minocycline and allied cream ( 6 weeks now ish ) since then not only it got worse but I also got mad rashes and headaches. I feel the only option is acutene. Summer is coming here in au and I don’t get why I should be 95 kg ripped on gear If I can’t take my shirt off because im covered in acne and rashes.

Forgot to add 30g olive oil to the diet and 20 g seaweed unsalted.
Diet looks tight, macros are right in range for lean growth and the 1.5 kg gain with lower body fat shows it’s working. Keep the olive oil and seaweed in there, good move for micronutrients and fats.

On the acne, if minocycline is making it worse and you’re getting rashes, stop it and get a follow-up before it messes with your system more. Sometimes lowering e2 a bit or switching detergent and sheets helps if it’s mostly on back and shoulders. If it’s still flaring after bloods are in range and e2 isn’t high, then accutane is the clean reset that usually clears it for good. :D

Those tests aren't that bad, you should add some cycle support and organ liver support like n2guard. It will help fast @_a_volte_5

So I can say pretty definitely, N2Guard does work. My alt and ast are half what they had been and not much else has changed. I’m through about a bottle and a half at full dose now.

But I don’t know why my potassium is high and that’s very concerning. Could explain my recent lethargy. I haven’t even been eating bananas or potatoes or many avocados or anything I could think of with a lot of potassium and I don’t know why it’s like this. Well now I have to try to get it down and get more blood work. Very annoying.

Urea and bun/creatinine are always high for me, assuming that’s my diet and no reason for alarm.

I was not expecting out of range e2 at 150mg/ wk of test. I am taking Fadogia Agrestis. Maybe that works just like hcg. I guess I really have to take aromasin all the time. Annoying.

And it’s time to donate blood again. It’s been three months or so.

Definitely not starting any type of cycle or higher doses like this. And that’s fine. I’ve got a lot of room to grow without it still

I took TUDCA for like a year and many other things, and my alt ast barely budged. The very first bloodwork I got after using n2guard had my alt ast at half what it had been. I was using high dose TUDCA, milk thistle, NAC, injectable glutathione. I was frustrated. The glutathione had worked for me before, when I was using orals. But not this time. N2guard did work

Just wanted to pop in to say that everything is going well, I’ll even say amazingly well, since I changed my whole diet and increased fats carbs and protein and hitting 4000 cals min a day I feel like I’m on the right path. I will stop with deca at week 20 so in 4 weeks. I am currently 90kg. Will upload photos of from and sides and back later today or tomorrow morning fasting. Just out of curiosity I’ve had some good blood test results again except for my kidneys . I have a 65 out of 90 which is pretty bad I guess, and I guess that’s the main reason I piss 10 times a day at least. Anyone knows if there is any way to fix it without having to hop off cycle and or gear for months or years ?

I think we can fix anything but you don't update much, we dont realy know your food or cycle or training in detail. @_a_volte_5

Stopped taking protein powder shakes

Current weight 89kg ( 90.4 this morning but can’t take it as absolute )
5 kg gained in 28 days.

Current cycle is
500test
300deca
200mast
Test and deca every other day , mast twice a week.

Ps+ will starting acutene in five days .

Multi vitamins
Saw palmetto
Tudca
Nac
Fish oil
Greens
B3
Vitamin c

Strong bulk phase going. 500 test with 300 deca and 200 mast is good but deca can go down to 200mgs imo.

on meals like 5 get protein in there like whey.
