@Skays clean meals but middle one is what? salad?

training pecs and inclines strong, any chance to boost volume? :D

Chest and tricep workout focusing on both strength and hypertrophy. Started with incline dumbbell presses, working up to 35 kg for controlled sets, then moved to flat bench presses with 80 kg for a consistent 12 reps across three sets. Followed up with seated incline presses at the same weight for targeted upper chest activation. Added pec flys for isolation, plus a mix of tricep cable work, using rope and bar attachments to really hit those triceps from different angles. Finished with cable diagonal raises for shoulder engagement, alongside hanging leg raises for core.

@Skays incline dumbbell press to bench is a strong pump :D very nice chest day
meal looks like a wrap with meat of some sort right?

Today’s back and bicep session was solid and focused. I started with lat pull-downs, gradually upping the weight from 59kg to 63kg to hit those upper-back muscles hard. Followed that up with seated long pulls at 54kg for a few intense sets, and then finished off with some heavy seated rows at 60kg, keeping it consistent across four sets. For biceps, I hit straight bar curls at 30kg for all sets, maintaining solid reps, then moved to standing dumbbell curls, progressing from 16kg to 20kg. The steady weight increases felt great and added a nice burn to wrap up the workout.

Not super strict with the macros.

Solid chest, triceps, and shoulders session today! Hit incline dumbbell press with a top set of 45kg for 8 reps, followed by 3 solid sets of 80kg on flat bench. Wrapped up chest with pec flys at 64kg, pushing to failure. Triceps got hammered with rope pulldowns, bar pulldowns, and single-arm cable extensions, keeping the weight consistent at 45.5kg and 18kg respectively. For shoulders, knocked out 9kg cable diagonal raises and 20kg plate front raises for volume, mixing in hanging leg raises between sets for some core work.

I get it, you already bigger so easier on macros, any meal pics?
seems like a good training day, you pump in cardio?

Today's workout hit legs and biceps hard with some added shrugs to round it off. Started with leg press, climbing up to 240kg for 12 solid reps, followed by 45kg prone leg curls and 109kg leg extensions, both for controlled sets of 9-11 reps. Sitting calf raises burned out the lower legs with sets of 20 down to 12 reps at 30kg. For biceps, high cable curls at 22kg and straight bar curls up to 45kg had the arms pumped, finishing with 30kg kettlebell shrugs to hammer the traps.

yep, thats egg whites and rice.

Today’s back and biceps session focused on building strength and muscle definition with a mix of heavy lifts and supersets. The workout started with seated long pulls (up to 59kg for sets of 10) and seated rows (80kg for consistent sets of 10), followed by lat pulldowns at 63kg. A superset targeting lats and biceps added intensity, featuring standing lat pushdowns (27.5kg for 12 reps each set) paired with hammer curls (20kg for sets of 9). To round it off, 30kg kettlebell shrugs and 30kg preacher bar curls.

Good work

Starting with incline dumbbell presses, I warmed up with 20kg for 20 reps, gradually increasing to 45kg for 7 reps, focusing on strength and form. Next, I hit seated incline presses, sticking with 80kg for four sets of 12 reps to pump up the chest. Moving to pec deck seated flys, I maintained 64kg across four sets of 12 reps for maximum contraction. For triceps, I started with rope pulldowns at 45.5kg for four sets of 12, followed by bar pulldowns with the same weight and rep scheme, finishing with lighter bar pulldowns at 25kg for 15 reps per set to burn out. Shoulders wrapped up the session, with front plate raises using 15kg for four sets of 12 and side plate raises at 10kg for another four sets of 12. Between sets, I added hanging leg raises to keep the core engaged throughout.

@Skays your training is like a story bro ;) I like that , leg raises between sets are solid, add some knee ups too

Back and biceps, focusing on form and controlled movements. I started with seated long pulls, warming up at 50kg for 12 reps, then pushing through four sets at 59kg for 10 reps each. Next came seated rows at 80kg for 10 reps across four sets, followed by lat pulldowns at 63kg for three challenging sets. I added a superset of standing lat pushdowns at 27.5kg for 12 reps and hammer curls with 20kg dumbbells for 9 reps, each for four rounds. To finish, I hit 30kg kettlebell shrugs for four sets of 10, wrapping up with preacher bar curls at 30kg for 9 reps across three sets.

wraps look nice, whats inside?

training on the dot here, 12 reps and long pulls you mean pull ups? @Skays

Been tweaking my diet by cutting carbs and hitting about 17,000 steps daily. Today’s workout was Chest, Tris, and Shoulders: hit incline dumbbells up to 45kg for 7 reps, smashed 4 sets of seated incline press at 80kg, and got through pec flys and tricep pulldowns at solid weights. Wrapped up with front and side raises using plates, mixing in hanging leg raises between sets.
