Why is the number of tabs an issue vs being healthy? Is it 'fuck my health i'm not taking 7 tabs?' But 5 would be ok?

Ok I saw reviews and heard it’s good. I just didn’t or never heard of a supp you need 7 tabs a day. Seems real good

There are but I've seen most of them and they don't compare. By way of example the BEST UK version is made by Richard Foster at Strom. It's about half as effective. I'm quite happy to debate that.
And, of course, we both are. As it stands the issue, if it's an issue, is the number of tablets suggested as a daily dose. And I was calm... still am
My implication in my reply above was kind of... if it comes down to using a product we've seen bloods proving as working and it's about taking a few pills... then I'll do that. It's made more ironic when we're all here debating using PEDs at doses far in excess of their intended use vs 'having' to take a few pills. That and we're almost certainly doing that. See most logs where the member posts what they take daily as supplements. The best examples are where the member uses a bunch (way more than a few pills) of products to do what N2Guard does. Oz members tend to end up buying a bunch of products as they are 'cheaper' but in reality pay the same by having to buy many products to get a decent comparison
I WILL agree it can and often does look like we bang the N2Guard drum hard. The main Oz issue is the sheer cost (it's NOT cheap as is) of the product AND what can feel like high delivery costs. Historically we had Liv52 and that was kinda it for YEARS. The current Liv52 (a clone) is just about the worst version.

The 5% product that Piana put out is 9 caps/day. I'll take 7!!!!
And again, like Stroms, it's about 50% as good. Both were produced to a price point vs actually being 'da bollocks'.

One support supplement i took was 4 caps 3 times a day at one point lol
7 capsules per dose because of everything thsts contained in the formula for complete protection. When you think of it thst way it makes a lot of sense. Instead of sprinkling a little this akd that and calling it a support supplement n2guard gives you actual amounts that will give you the benefits

It's a common issue to have products produced to a price point vs the best quality. Strom and Rich Piana's product are circa £30-40. Priced to make you think not too cheap and not too expensive.
We've had photos of various similar products labels posted by members asking about said item and then they've had to post 2 pics just cos the N2Guard label has such as long list of ingredients to compare.
I'll challenge, as I've asked on the podcasts, anyone to pick apart the ingredients, the doses and even the studies of the same. There ARE some products were 1-2 ingredients are dosed properly at levels shown as useful. But not across the board and in combination
