New User beligas question

Hello, dont really know how to format anything however ive ordered 250mg/ml belgias through ds. I was wondering if anyone else has used it and if they would reccomend any other brand that theyve had no pip on etc. Thanks for the welcome.
Why not start by telling us more about you, your goals, training, diet and past AAS use. So far you've told us you bought what I imagine is test?
 
25 years old male, have no past aas use ive gotten bloods recently and have low test score around 220 on both bloodpanels besides that everything is good. i am 6'0 160 pretty lean have been working out since 17 more around 2 years of consistency . Really just want to pack on mass.
Diet is 3500 calories daily 1.5g of protein per kb, 2.5gs of carbs per lb, .5 grams of fat per lb, and 3.5gs of fiber a day. this includes egg whites turkey breast , chicken breast,bison ,cod ,salmon,greek yogurt

for carbs- jasmine rice,rice noodles,sweet potatoes,oats bread,berries, sometimes cyclic dextrin

fats- avocado,olivie oil,almonds,cashews butter, salmonetc

my current cycle im wanting to run is testing out (250mg testosterone cyponiate) for the first week or two to see how my body reacts then bump to around 350 for the rest. Ill have ai on hand and get bloods done to see if my estrogen levels/e2 are high and if i get water retention puffy nipples etc.

pct-ill have clomid/nolva on hand and start 2 weeks after last injection i am thinking about running enclo but i do need to do more research on the benefits of running it vs clomid. I also have hcg on hand already to take 250 iu twice per week. I have supplments on hand d3,k2,zijc,fish oil,magnesium glycinate,etc

If you have any advice you can give please do, and dont be scared to just tell me straight up, i know i dont know everything, i have done my fair share of research.

You need to pick a dose and run it the entire length of the cycle. TestC/E takes 4-5 weeks to fully saturate the blood . Plan for 250mg/wk for 12 weeks. That along with a solid training plan and a lot of food will give you great results.

Get your PCT figured out and all products on hand before you start talking anything.

Honestly you are very undersized so that tells me you don't have the proper training/diet to grow and really are not ready to take gear.
How about starting a training/diet log and we can help you prepare for you cycle.
We can also help you get a proper PCT together.
 
sorry i mispoke, i have everything already on hand, ai clomid nolva and enclo. But yes i will figure out exactly what i will be doing. Undersized definetly however im currently into a training regime to help with joinging the 75th ranger regiment so my calories spent are very high and ive dropped some lbs . I will be bumping my calories this week. I do need a better training plan on strength side. i will create a training and diet log.

Good setup for a first run and your diet looks interesting but needs improvements.

You need to start that log now so we can track bloods, e2, and response week by week, that’s how we’ll fine tune your test and pct timing right. Without a log its all guessing. Takes 15min to get a log started, so get one up asap.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Before you hop on i think we need to fix your diet first, so you can maximise your cycle
