You should start a LOG journal, we have multiple bodybuilders with Logs on EVO:

Won’t be doing any updates on my log until comp prep is finished, once done I’ll share my experience. I need to stay focused and put my energy where it’s needed the most in my life as contest prep can be draining. Will post more once I finish up. Keep up to date with Abalone though he will be making leaps and bounds.
@AE1079 to be fair, we are not asking much except update once a week thats not hard to do, you're in show prep so all you do should be written down in a LOG anyways, not guessed right? so sharing 20 minutes per week will get you more support and more results man :) even pics updated every week is a start, thats like what 2 min of your time

Sorry bro I don’t like being pushed into anything I don’t want to do. I need to want to do it on my own, not trying to be rude but I would appreciate if you understand where I am coming from 😊🙂

I am coaching my self, which requires me to seperate myself from myself emotionally to make the decisions to come in shape, reduce fatigue and stress and overall bring my best package. Having eyes I don’t need at the moment on my physique can bring confusion to my methods. You need to understand that everyone is different on this forum and we have all different types of personalities and unique traits.

I’ll be happy however to share my results and the journey leading up to the day once I’m finished which I’m sure will help many others.

This post isn’t about me anyway, welcome @Gains Man !

First show when I was natty in the red I was 70kg
Purple trunks was state championship in lead up to Arnold classic was about 82-83
Arnold's in green trunks I was right on 80kg
I'm just shy of 5'9 :)
 
Hey guys quick introduction for those who don't know me:
I compete in bodybuilding.
Started out as a natural in my teenage years with the INBA and 7 years ago now started enhancing and moved on to the IFBB.
I have always placed in the top 6 or higher at all of my shows including the Arnold Classic and won my state championship as well.
I work as a full time personal trainer and coach and am now offering my services here for anyone interested.
Between trial and error with myself and working with many others (including some pros) I've gained a lot of knowledge in all things training, nutrition, PEDS and supplementation.
