welcome to the board man that is a hell of a resume! placing top 6 at the arnold is no joke so you definitely know your stuff when it comes to the stage prep side of things. it is always good to have more experienced coaches around who actually walk the walk and have that ifbb experience to back it up. definitely cool that you have some vendor hookups for the boys too because the costs of this sport add up so fast it is insane lol. looking forward to seeing some of the transformations you put out!

I am recommending the Gainsman as a Trusted Coach.
He provides a solid training program alongside with Macro & Supplement guidance to tailor to your individual needs.
He gives weekly Checkin's & he is always happy to answer any of your questions & to talk you through with anything at all at any stage during your journey with him.

The only issue I have found is that all of my training program that he gave me has disappeared from Hevy App alongside with all of my exercise, reps & weight progression recordings.
The entire program that I paid for that he gave me, alongside with all of my Weekly Checkin progress photos & our conversations all on Telegram have also disappeared & He is no longer contactable on there.
I'm not sure if this is some technical issue or if this is the norm after leaving His Coaching, but it would have been nice to have had those records handy in order to have tracked my progress.

The cut it's self ran for 85 days but I truly did see a lot more progress once I started working with him, he lowered my volume and I swear it's the reason I held muscle or even grew in these final weeks.

So I would fluctuate with what the end goal was meant to be ! Once I fully Let go of it and did everything gains set up for me it’s night and day !!! If you’re looking at getting a coach or are on the fence about it I highly recommend it ! Very responsive and very personal with his responses , this is a coach who cares about you personally!
