Great job brother! Is there anything you do differently for retaining water?

For me personally it when my carbs are over 200g a day I begin to hold water. So I drop a few days low carb dries me out a little

I love volume training it has worked the best for me. One of my friends is coached by ptour, I tried that method of training, but just didn't work for me. And take 2 minute rest periods for legs 8rpe. And 60 seconds on back/shoulders and chest, 60 seconds rest for arms.
