Backstory:
I am now 26 years old. I was stupidly on steroids from about 18-20 with no idea what to do and never done a PCT. Dosages I don't remember but I done one full cycle of Test/Deca and then I did play around with tren and masteron for maybe 3-4 weeks. Yes I know this is insanely stupid.
I was always fit, strong and very active and I would honestly say I was a hyper responder to these chemicals as my strength and size went absolutely through the roof and pushed me from about 190lbs (18%bf) to about 250lbs (20%bf). These are estimates and obviously water retention came into play.
I started to experience panic attacks, I think tren had something to do with this. I came off everything very abruptly and the slight gyno I had developed got so bad I had to have it surgically removed years later. As it stands now I am roughly 240lbs (30-32%bf), so I still do hold a large frame but a lot of muscle has atrophied in odd places and thrown off things like my gait and posture.

My prolactin seems to be very elevated, although I have this tested in 2016 at 197 and the reference range was out of 550. My Total Testosterone during this test was also 24.1 nmol/L which I think is worth noting.

My testosterone is just above where the health services in the UK will help me and I do not have the funds to go private for this, so I will be playing doctor myself. Any thoughts are appreciated on protocols or my results.
I have done quite a lot of research and although i'm within the 'normal range', I am absolutely convinced there's no way this can support the muscle mass even needed to move my 6'1 rather large frame efficiently - never mind keep up with the level of activity I need. I have constant muscle soreness from very light exersize, a very hard time shifting any fat and my sex drive is 99% of the time terrible with some erectile dysfunction (some of which may be more psychological than biological).
I'm thinking of running 150mg of Test Cyp or Enanthate for 16 weeks and do bloods twice to get an idea of not only my blood levels, but to gauge how I feel. Any thoughts at all are welcome.
