Bloods after 5 weeks on 140mg test C for first time.

Hey all. Great forum. I’m new to test / peds.
Aged 53. Recently lost 14 kilo over 5 months with Reta, eating clean and lots of exercise. 175cm went from 102kg to 88kg so I’m still bit overweight. Goal to reduce fat % far more / bulk up a bit / get fitter.

E2 came in wee bit high (289 pmol/L) but I’m impressed where test ended up.
Full bloods before and after 5 weeks of test further below.

Started at 100mg but went up to 140mg in about a week. Daily subq 20mg a day. UGL Oz test c 200mg/ml. Open to higher test cycle with pimo or similar to manage e2. Really just done TRT+ so far to find feet.

No real e2 sides except bit of water retention and maybe bit ratty at times / bit bitchy now and again 😂
No spicy nips at all.

Overall feel way better and much easier doing resistance training.

Wondering if I monitor and see if body adjusts it over time or I lower dose a bit or I chuck in some primo.

Have AI but want to avoid if possible.

On the blood work, a few questions, can you please share actual blood work picture with your info blurred?
Also who is your supplier?

@Chrisos there is something off about these bloods please post the actual paper for us.

@AE1079 @Pigsy these seem off.
 
Was the first blood test taken as natty. The second test seems like good number for 140mg test a week. Though he's a high e2 convertor. Maybe adding 100mg primo to the cycle might be beneficial here

Definitely solid advice low dose primo would recommend.
Estrogen is a tad bit high.
We need to see the actual bloods though as anyone can write any numbers especially the free testosterone in the second "test" at 150mgs freR test would not be so high at 150mg even day of or day after shot.

99% of bloods are easy to read. There's your numbers and then the range they'd expect to see.

Now how you are - fat, old, unfit or thin, young, fit as fiddle - will affect those numbers. Ditto using PEDs. Some numbers are off when 'on' PEDs but go back to normal after. Occasionally, E2 needs sorting.
 
27/12/2024 is the natural results (full bloods)

With the estrogen level you have, you do need to up the Ai for sure, it would balance things out. @Chrisos

but this isn't really a true answer for you, thats just generic, we are really guessing here, you know what I mean?
we dont know much about you, so it's all over the top guess work.
We need to understand you more so we can properly guide you as the big EVO family that we are, but you need to help us.
HOW? very simple, please start a TRT log for the EVO family, share your diet training cardio sleep and cycle and history and we can properly guide you in hard and easy times. Fairly easy to do many aussie got logs in our fam, and only takes you 15-20 min.

How to start a LOG?

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
