I am on cycle and I'm experiencing puffy nipples underneath the nipple. It feels like there's water under them but there is no soreness and I'm not getting any itchiness to it. Do I need to be concerned about this and is this normal. I'm currently on 500mg a week of testosterone and tell milligrams of Aromasin a day

that's not normal, add 50mgs nolvadex ED and increase aromasin dose to 25mgs ED until the nipples feel better.

This is alarming, take - nolvadex 50mgs and aromasin 25mgs, both daily and see if it helps

Buy tamoxifen and use 40mg ed until sides are gone . Then after keep AI on to keep estrogen under control . If you can add masteron to your cycle will help alot
