Todays bodyweight is 252.3. I am taking the low of the day each day so its consistent with how i've been measuring for the last 7 months. Muscles are really starting to fill out. Had about 400 grams protein yesterday. Today I have had about 200 grams so will be closer to 325-350 grams by days end. Carbs are really low so far but might increase and bump it at the end of the day with tacos. I seem to get much better sleep when all my carbs are eaten close to bed. Will most likely be about 150 grams carbs total for the day. Tomorrow is deadlifting. Should be around 500 lbs for a 5x5 followed by rows and pulldowns. Will be eating a lot of carbs for the next 4 days in a row. Want to take advantage of the IGF-1 LR3 shuttling nutrients into the muscle. Probably around 500 per day since we will be lifting 3 of the next 4 days. Might even be 4 in a row all depends on how things look and feel.

@RoidRage69 252 is fine because you're high protein muscle is full of glycogen thats at least 5lbs for you.

Decided to back off today and do less volume. Could have done more reps and sets on the pause squats but kind of felt like a deload day. I do deloads radically different than most. I just do less reps and sets and call it a deload every once in a while. Easily could have done a 5x5 but felt like the body needed to rest as the shoulder and hips are a little jacked. Feels good to be eating up to and over 3000 cals per day. I love waffles and egg sandwiches. I feel as though this bulk is going in the right direction. Zero water retention and all lean muscle gains. Weights feel easy with alot of reps left in the tank. Happy lifting and heres to big gains in 2024!!!

Getting much stronger. Got out 4 more reps on HS Incline on first set so decided to increase the weight again. Getting excellent pumps. Did regular dips for the first time in years today. Surprised I was able to get out 20 after being pre-exhausted. They just flew up and felt light. Shoulder feels incredible!!!

@RoidRage69 saw your lady @RoidRageWife was talking about dips too, I'm all in for the dip train, try to squeeze on top and hold (dont lock out) thats the hardest like get a super muscle pump, Arnold would talk about high dip squeeze

Today was a good back day. Back feels pumped and tight. Strength definitely there. First time we have done heavy HS rows in a while. Maxed it out with 6 plates per side. Next goal is to crank out 15-20 reps per set with that weight. Last couple reps of each set did a pause at the bottom to get a good stretch and to make sure no momentum is being used.
