Had an incredible leg workout today. Doubled my rep count on my highest weights on both the Hack squat and the RDL from 5 to 10 reps at 540lbs. Everything is on point. Diet is so incredibly locked in I cant believe it. Eating close to 300 grams protein and 175-200 grams carbs on lifting days and 300 grams protein and about 125 grams carbs on non lifting days. Fats around 50 grams. The PED stack is absolutely phenomenal. I knew that I picked the correct compounds for my goals. Lost another notch on my weight belt down to the last notch. Will have to bust out my older belt I haven't worn in over 20 years soon. Ok everyone have a wonderful weekend and get huge, shredded, and strong with me!!!
@RoidRage69 i would go higher protein on non lifting days to help recovery and add a bit of fat if you can to level out the recovery, you're beasting it hard :)

I already beat him on hammer mid iso rows last year when I was on a cutting cycle doing OMAD. He even admits I got him on heavy back movements. I just did 540 for 10 reps for Romanian Deadlifts after I did heavy presses and hack squats. I doubled my reps on both Hacks and RDL from previous week. Look at yesterdays workout.

Tren almost feels like cheating at this point. I remember 25 years ago when I last used it my strength went crazy. Didn't think it would still be able to have the same gains 25 years later on it at an even lower dose.

I've never used it in a surplus. I am almost scared to think what would happen if I did. Even back when I used it 25 years ago I was doing the Bodyopus diet but I do remember the skin splitting pumps I would get on the Monday workout following the weekend carb load.

I’ll try it in about 8 weeks so I’ll be sure to keep it detailed on my log :) most skin splitting pumps I had were from dbol but like with anadrol had high blood pressure just powered through it since I didn’t know any better 😂😂

Can really feel the effects of the increased Semaglutide dose which started on Monday. Carbs are fully depleted. Feel like I am near ketosis. Only had about 100 grams of carbs yesterday. Fasted blood sugar this morning was 92. Before I started Semaglutide they were in the 115 area. Its doing exactly as advertised. Now that my body is responding fully to the drug I will be lowering my volume on working sets. Will be doing 2 working sets per exercise max. Don't want to risk tearing muscle. My tendons and ligaments are very strong and healthy so will continue heavy weights. Will also continue 300 grams protein per day. No longer doing fasted cardio. Having protein shakes and or greek yogurt at 4 am every morning that I wake up to pee. Body needs the protein with semaglutide doing its thing.

am cardio is legit, this will be the way, and smart not to train too much so no injury :)

Was surprised that I was still able to crank out sets of 10 with 6 plates per side on the HS Mid Iso Row after all the pulldowns beforehand. Body feels good. Will try and stick with todays workout for the next month. I am sure I will be switching it up after a couple weeks. LOL. Ok everyone have a great end to the week and get frigging strong!!!

Everything felt heavy as I have such a large cal deficit. Still busted out some PR's. You can see how weak my abs got from doing triceps. They just murder the core when going heavy tris. I challange anyone to go heavy tris on the ext machine. Its hard as hell to brace yourself in when your going the full stack.LOL. Thank god the weekend is here to just do cardio. Need the two days off from the weights. Will be nice and rested for leg day on Monday. Everyone have a nice weekend. Get huge and strong!!!

I think I'm going to stay away from them since they don't go any higher. Going to concentrate on BB incline and see if if I can work my way up to 365 by years end. Ideally I would be maxing at 405 in a year.
I love both of them, my chest A is DB and chest B is barbell. Incline I can probably already hit 275 for a handful of reps but 315 is the goal for now. 405 is very achievable as well my buddy does that for reps like it’s nothing kinda wild watching that

I think my benching will see steady results since I've neglected my shoulders so much over the last 25 years. I never directly trained delts. Now I think they will become one of my better body parts. I enjoy my shoulder day.

Cardio kicked my ass today. Can really feel the effects of this cycle hurting the cardio. The amount of sweat pouring off me was incredible. Cut it short and only went 46min on the Treadmill vs 65min I normally do. I also see that I have been taking a little bit more Tren than I thought. Its not easy to measure out exactly 1/2 cc everyday. Looks like about 20% more per day is what I have been taking. I should have 30 days in one vial and I am going to end up about 25 days. Oh well I guess that means my tren will only be used for 7 weeks instead of 8. I guess that is no biggie really. I wonder if when I start the anadrol in 4 weeks if I should only start at 25mg at first. Ive never taken it before. I was also thinking about adding in 200mg Masteron E per week when I start the anadrol to limit the water retention.

Oh well I guess that means my tren will only be used for 7 weeks instead of 8. I guess that is no biggie really. I wonder if when I start the anadrol in 4 weeks if I should only start at 25mg at first. Ive never taken it before. I was also thinking about adding in 200mg Masteron E per week when I start the anadrol to limit the water retention.

Had an incredible training session today. The gains just keep on coming. Surprised I was so strong since yesterdays session was so intense. Finally got out 4 plates per side on the HS Shoulder Press. Been wanting that for ever. Will not go any higher and just let the reps increase each week now. Cant go any heavier on Lateral Raise Machine and Tricep ext machine as they are all maxed out. The DB also only go up to 125 so overhead tricep ext is maxed out as well. I am pretty much maxing out everything there is at the gym. Only can go for reps and slower reps going forward. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get shredded!!!

Oh and I almost forgot to mention that I can really feel this cycle. I am sweating like a pig all the time. Just soaked in the gym and at night in bed I wake up a little damp. Not too bad like many have said about Tren sweats but its definitely making the body hotter.

Had a decent leg session today. Was 4 lbs lighter than last weeks leg session so it was more intense. Did the same weights on my working sets and went less reps on the cybex as I wanted to make sure form was the goal. Went slower and deeper. Same thing with Hack Squats but ended up getting a REP PR thats cool. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead!!!
