Had a decent session today. Pain doing flat bb bench so I am going to stop doing it and just go with close grip for now as the shoulder feels much better the closer I position my hands on the bar. Incline also has no pain at all so will be doing those as well. I get very good carry over from the incline bench to the bench so I am not worried. I will still do a regular bench on speed bench day though. As long as the weight is light it doesn't seem to bother it so we can do that for now. Thanks again for all the nice comments about the mother in law. We are doing ok. Just the long process of all the legal crap now for the next few months is going to be stressful. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get strong AF with me!!!

Had a good session today. I did two different things out of my comfort zone. I did hook grip for the first time and sumo style deads. Hook grip sure hurts the thumb. Will take time but I hear it gets much less painful after every week. Had to go much lighter since its a learning curve. Will continue to use hook grip until my thumbs tear apart. Sumo sure was easy. I think I might go way up next week on them to see what I can do for reps with hook grip. Maybe try 455 on sumo style for doubles or triples if the thumbs cooperate. I can sure see why people do sumo. Not much of a range of motion. Sure gives the back a break. I just need to build my hips up for it I believe that will be the weakest link for me and my knees. Maybe even use knee sleeves when I decide to go up above 500 or more. Its definitely more legs and butt than conventional. We also did t-bar rows for the first time. Felt strong. Will try 225 next week. I think its been 35 years since I've done them. I remember I inured my sternum on them when I was 20 and never did them again. Sumo deads are good with hooks and once you get used to it you're going to feel way stronger doing it. @RoidRage69

I wonder if using ice on the thumbs right before gripping the bar would help? Numb the pain?

Thats might be something they use not sure, back in the day guys in my gym were using Lidocaine but I dont recommend it.

Sometimes we use one platform and load and unload one bar with no loader no one has a F’ing loader. That’s a workout in itself! But sometimes they’re an extra bar but at the other gym there’s 8 racks/platforms. So it works out. We’re ok there usu about an hour! No one wants to work in on a deadlifts with us lol! But prob would if it was that busy 💪🏋️‍♀️🌸

You can feel the diff for sure how the sleeves give you a bit of extra lift or bounce. I figure if we can do bigger weight with sleeves should be able to increase our raw(w/o sleeves) bench pretty nicely as long as we can manage a good legal pause rep for comp. We have smaller knee sleeves for competition! Too bad we cannot use elbow sleeves for bench. 💪🌸

If I tear a bicep maybe they can reattach it better than they did the first time. LOL. Bent over rows felt good with 315. Over under is also my grip of choice. Most comfortable for me
 
Superdrol can be used as just a pre workout right? Was planning on using only on workout days.
You can use it daily but expect headaches with it. @RoidRage69
Best use it 30-45min preworkout.

Had a good day today considering my hip is obviously still not 100%. Decided to do singles on squats again as I dont want to overdo it and inflame the tendons any worse than they already are. Went up 50 Lbs and did a single with 455. Felt pretty good. I cant wait for hip to be 100% I could probably do 500. Body is absolutely spent from yesterday and today. Body is going to get Strong AF with the effort I am putting in. Not leaving anything on the table. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!
 
How much deca can you run without shutting your dick down? Anyone run 600mg per week with 500 Test? Will also be using 400mg Primo and not sure if I should drop the EQ or not. I started EQ as a backup plan since my cycle didnt arrive on time and figured I get 300mg EQ per week in with my 500mg Test. Cycle should be here next week. I also have Tren E on the way and will want to use that at the final 7 weeks of cycle before the powerlifting comp on May 3rd. So this is my plan for final 7 weeks

500mg Sustanon
400mg Deca
400mg Primo
225-300mg Tren E
EQ might drop the final 7 weeks if not just lower to 100mg as I plan to use it while in my TRT after cycle ends. I might also lower the deca to 200mg per week when Tren starts. Planning on using the Primo entire run.

i enjoy cable curl especially single arm, you can really get a crazy full stretch all the way through the movement, one of my favorites.

Did pretty good today. Did 3 sets of incline and close grip with 315 today. Will up to 325 next week or stay the same and get out 4-5 reps havent decided yet. Might even do something completely different and just do medium grip and do sets of 3 and pyramid up and then do heavy singles until failure. All depends how we feel. Lots of time left until we peak. Still waiting on my cycle to arrive so still just doing a total of 1000mg between test, npp, and eq. Seems rather light to me so my body obviously can handle a quite a large volume. Very eager to try out Primo and add in Tren again. Tomorrow is deadlift day so its going to be a doozy. Planning on doing a few sets of 5 while pyramiding up and then doing heavy singles until failure. Hoping to hit 635 someday soon. Did pretty good today. Did 3 sets of incline and close grip with 315 today. Will up to 325 next week or stay the same and get out 4-5 reps havent decided yet. Might even do something completely different and just do medium grip and do sets of 3 and pyramid up and then do heavy singles until failure. All depends how we feel. Lots of time left until we peak. Still waiting on my cycle to arrive so still just doing a total of 1000mg between test, npp, and eq. Seems rather light to me so my body obviously can handle a quite a large volume. Very eager to try out Primo and add in Tren again. Tomorrow is deadlift day so its going to be a doozy. Planning on doing a few sets of 5 while pyramiding up and then doing heavy singles until failure. Hoping to hit 635 someday soon. After that we will try 365 bent over rows and then maybe back to 500 lbs on the shrugs. Time to go heavy again!!! Ok everyone have a strong week ahead. Get Strong AF!!!

Well today didn't go as planned. Tore a calus on my hand on my 585 deadlift. At least I finished up with some heavy bent over barbell rows with 365. Didnt even think about doing shrugs as I would have to go up to 500 lbs with a torn calus and there was no way I was going to go through that pain. Will let it heal and be back to normal next week. Just a flesh wound. I will be doing upper body work on Friday no problem. Just a normal thing powerlifters go through.

Well it looks like they want me to come in to the post office and sign for a package. This is what happens when they want to arrest you on the spot. Ive come close to this 30 years ago and luckily I was tipped off by the person working at the counter that knew me. Will never sign for a package at the post office. In fact Ive never had to sign for any package at the post office in my 35 years living on my own.

In Australia if your not home or it's bad weather they make you go to post office with I.D to sign for packages lol iv stood in line a few times thinking fuck I hope the cops don't come out with my gear😅
Now I lock my dogs out the back so they can get in front yard and deliver my packages to the door step.
